One for Slasher fans
A very cheesy low budget slasher.....but I still quite enjoyed it, good location for a slasher film. It has a certain whodunit theme running through it as well. Worth checking out!

Whodunit?
This looked like a very witty, funny whodunit film from the trailer. The film as a whole doesn't have that same vibe unfortunately.
The film centres around The Mousetrap play in the West End in the 50's. I saw it just a couple of years ago. After the 100th performance it is being looked at to be made into a film. However differences on how it should be adapted come to surface and it's not long before someone is bumped off.
A clever take as this film almost becomes a film version of the story. Lots of scenes from the Theatre where the play is on feature.
Saoirse Ronan is the shining light here as the inexperienced Constable on the case. If you like the play or an Agatha Christie Whodunit you should enjoy.

Good cast (1 more)
Good location
Underwhelming
I like a whodunit murder mystery and this had been on my list to see for a long time. It's not a film that gets shown on TV often but is on Sky cinema at present.
It has a rather silly plot of a serial killer around Oxford University who leaves clues a Maths professor and student try to solve. The scenes in and around Oxford University give it a nice setting. The lead characters are good actors but unfortunately they are let down by the final revelation about the murders. One for Whodunit fans only.

Ok for Whodunit fans
I love Murder Mysteries and a fan of Agatha Christie stories. I've not seen a film or Tv adaptation of this cover of the "Hallowe'en Party" story. It's different with the Ghost and spiritual angle on proceedings. A nice setting in a creepy house in Venice. The summing up seemed to come rather abruptly and a couple of things not really that well explained as to how they were worked out. There's not much for viewers to go by to work it out. One for Whodunit fans mainly.

Ok whodunit comedy
I love a whodunit murder mystery film, serious or comedy. So I was excited when I heard about this Netflix film just a couple of days before it was released. I'm not a big Sandler fan but he has done some funny films. He had good chemistry with Aniston in @Just Go with It (2011) and they work together well in this as well. It was OK especially if you are a fan of the genre. The only down side really most of the best bits are in the trailer. Overall a fun lighthearted comedy with a fair share of funny moments.
