Yes, there are complications. We wouldn’t have much of a novel without them. It would have been nice if they are started a little sooner, but that’s a minor complaint. I was hooked the entire time, and it only became harder to put the book down the further I got into it. History came alive, and I felt like I was part of what was happening in the New York City area during this time. It helps that the characters are extremely strong. Through them, I came to care about the plot and the history that was unfolding around us. Yes, I felt that welcomed into the world that I was actually part of what was happening on the page. If you aren’t taking these trips back in time, you need to do so today.

In a world where two warring factions in another dimension are in a war for ages, their two future rulers have been placed on Earth to grow up. When they meet, they immediately feel a connection.
This is not Romeo and Juliet, as the issue immediately tells us.
I was absolutely riveted. For the exposition that this issue had To do, ithought it was done very smoothly. I also found I really enjoyed the characters especially the main two. My biggest regret isthatthere is currently only one issue out. I will be adding this series to my monthly pulls because I believe it warrants the support.
The characters are so relate-able and lovable each time i read i fall in love with them again and it not just the big fight scene it thing like when Aiden go you know what there a war going on were been through unimaginable crap I'm taking Alex to the zoo. It just so prefect.

Then I did a bit of research, and discovered that it depends upon how (and what) you are counting as a Biggles story/book - see http://www.biggles.info/
Perhaps, then, it would be better to say that this is the earliest set of any I have read.
Published in 1935, this is (apparently) a collection of 12 separate short stories, all of which are loosely linked together and follows some of Biggles earlier exploits.
I realise I'm not the target audience for these (I'm now too old). I don't care: sometimes it's nice just to re-live your childhood!

I love Miranda's writing it's always one that captures me and makes me want to read more, I'm always disappointed when I get to the end of one of her stories.
This is the prequel to death do us part and is pretty gut-wrenching in parts. It's a fast-paced book with some rather hot sex scenes and a lot of blood.
I can't say too much without giving away what happens and nobody likes spoilers!
I hope you read it and enjoy it as much as I have.
