"I was obsessed with Dennis Cooper during my early 20s. Admittedly, I don’t connect to his writing so much anymore, but his fiction had such an impact on my early writing that I couldn’t leave this book out. His work generally explores sex, death, boredom, perversion, sex work, and usually follows a sexually fluid and/or confused male protagonist who’s tall and deathly thin—aka my exact “type”—so besides being a literary influence, Cooper’s books were also a form of porn for me, I suppose."

Enjoyed this book, but the plot's pacing was odd, and the writing was a bit cringey at times. Also, why did all the Welsh characters have English names? Having said this, I liked the ideas behind it.

This book had be hooked from the very start! The author has a lovely way of writing and her research was fantastic. A magical read and I can't wait to start the next books in this trilogy.

Beautifully illustrated book with some awesome photographs about our new President of the USA. Uplifting writing about the history and journey of this man, things that I did not know, I learned from reading this great book.

Updated after a reread: it stared slow to me and the imagery is beautiful a very gifted writer. I still liked it and the characters. Up until it ended. Unless she is writing a sequal don't bother.

A song for every mood
The album is so good; from the voice to the writing everything here makes you feel good. The sadder songs have the ability to lift your mood and spark a sing along.

I love horror movies, I could spend all day watching them. But I also love a variety of other things. Romances, suspense, Adventures, actions, superheroes, historical. I could go on forever. I also love reading and writing.

Hardly the best example of this genre, there was nothing much wrong with the writing style, but really the heroine wasn't always terribly likeable and there was a distinct lack of plot! Not a keeper for me.
