Rolling Stone's 230th greatest album of all time (492nd in the 2020 list)
Half-decent country/rock album.

Rolling Stone's 380th greatest album of all time
Great reggae album, nothing special but good chilled out songs.

Rolling Stone's 122nd greatest album of all time
Great reggae compilation album. You Can Get it if You Really Want is a definite standout but the whole album is generally soulful soft reggae.
Rolling Stone's 17th greatest album of all time
It's easy to ignore this album as simply the album with the most overplayed rock song in the world, but it is a superb album. Smells Like Teen Spirit aside, every song offers something different, passionate, raw and emotional. This was a very welcome return visit to an album I loved and then ignored for too long.

Rolling Stone's 338th greatest album of all time
Great psychedelic rock album, Janis Joplin's voice at times powerful, raw and shrill, at other times soft and vulnerable. A very authentic and engaging live album.

Rolling Stone's 396th greatest album of all time
Interesting album, full of jazzy 70s pop and alternative songs. I didn't recognise any of the songs but enjoyed the album and Ferry's unique vocal stylings.

Rolling Stone's 436th greatest album of all time
I could have sworn I had listened to this album while at university, but I can't remember any of it (the album, not my university days. Athough …). But I think that sums the album up. It is a pretty dreary album of break-up songs and fairly forgettable, certainly compared to the likes of Mellow Gold and Odelay. Nothing stood out on the album and I was pretty pleased when it ended.

Good collection of songs. (1 more)
Very early stuff, but still a decent album.
This is Primal Scream's first studio album.
