The mellow tones, trippy feel and sense that you're 'coming down' make this album addictive. (1 more)
It's very down tempo, but it adds to this atmospheric album.

Rolling Stone's 115th greatest album of all time
Decent, though far from memorable, Who album. I Can See For Miles was by far the standout track.

Decent country album by one of the biggest … names in the business. Enjoyable songs, if a little samey.

Rolling Stone's 192nd greatest album of all time (462nd in the 2020 list)
Mediocre country/blues album from some former Byrds members. Nothing memorable to me.

Rolling Stone's 487th greatest album of all time
This album includes "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" and "Time After Time", which are absolute classics. There are a number of other great songs on this album which show what an amazing voice Lauper has, so full of character and emotion, most notably "When You Were Mine". A nice feel-good album for a dreary lockdown morning.
