Rolling Stone's 484th greatest album of all time
You can definitely tell Bowie's touch on this album, the music being somewhere between the Stones and Bowie's own sound. At times early glam, others rock and roll, the album is generally fine but not all that memorable.

Rolling Stone's 126th greatest album of all time
Great reggae album. Don't expect many of Marley's better known songs here, Stir It Up was the only recognisable track for me. However, all songs are unmistakably by The Wailers and the whole album is a great listen.

Superb singer/songwriter folk album, King recording a number of new songs and reclaiming some of her older written songs (namely Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, released some 11 years prior). An excellent laidback lyrically strong album.

Rolling Stone's 5th greatest album of all time
Brilliant Beatles album, some of their best, but maybe not best-known, songs. Somnewhere between their earlier, Merseybeat jingle-jangle pop, and their later blues-y and hippie works. An exciting pointer towards the follow-on album Revolver.

This is by far the best Dylan album I have listened to so far. The songs are generally more upbeat and with some guest vocals, most notably from Emmylou Harris, there is a more varied feel to the album.

Really impressive album of live guitar solos and occasional lyrics. No recognisable songs for me, but a great listen.
