fantastic second book in this series
This is the second book in this amazing trilogy. The story continues in this book from the first one. Same amazing characters with such intense chemistry between them. This book is filled with action, sex, angst and twists and turns. The story unfolds more in this book, sucking you in and keeping you reading long into the night. I can't wait to read the final part in this trilogy.

Album Favorite

"I had been a rather reluctant punk as a teenager, finding the whole movement too aggressive for a Peterborough gay boy, so this I suppose more commercial offering from Siouxsie was much more up my street - and consequently, as with all my favourite teen angst albums, I learnt all of the songs inside out and backwards. Siouxsie has an incredible voice and was one of my first live concerts, alongside Joe Jackson. We were later to bump into her at Sire Records in NYC but I was too nervous and shy too say 'Hi'."

WHEN THE WIND CHIMES is a light, contemporary read with low angst and lots of warm feel-good feelings attached to it.

I did find the blurb to be slightly confusing as Kaitlyn (Kate) did not come across as heartbroken. She was sad at the death of her brother-in-law, upset for her sister and nephew, and annoyed with her ex-boyfriend. Heartbroken though? No.

She goes to Hawai'i for Christmas as it is the first one her sister will have without her husband. Whilst there, she has two job interviews that come to nothing but does land a job looking after a little girl who is one of her nephew's classmates.

The angst in the book mainly revolves around whether or not Lee actually likes her or if he just sees her as his child's temporary nanny. There is some mention of what it is like to lose a husband or sibling and the impact that has on the family left behind.

All in all, this was a sweet read with a seasonal setting.

Have you ever gotten drunk and made out with your best friend? Well that is the premise of this story the problem is Lissa wasn't drunk. This causes a rift between her and Kate just as Lissa may need a friend to help her figure out what is going on.Do not expect any hot and heavy going on here. This book is all about the angst of trying to figure out who you are and the pitfalls along the way. It is a good teenage book and Myracle does a good job creating believable scenarios and characters.

This is the sixth book in this series by this author. This is such an amazing series, you just have to read each book. I love how the characters from the other books appear in all books. This book is fun, with bits of angst, hot and steamy scenes. Everything is written so well with everything fitting perfectly into the story, The characters in this book are amazing and very well written. I can't wait for more from this author in the future.

This series has really stepped up now, I am so excited to read the next one it seems like it will be epic.

I loved this installment, the characters were great as was the coming of age angst and final battle. The valgs and continued mystery to the whole plot were really great and pretty scary.

My only criticism is the relationship between Celeana and Rowan, who is suddenly forgiven without much of a lash back from Celeana, which to me goes against her character. I also found the blood oath bit repetitive.
