Beautiful book with gorgeous illustrations from the original concept art. Tells the story of Jack and Sally and could see each word as though it was the film. At the end it interestingly has information about those that worked on the film and what other things they have worked on since. The cover of this book is absolutely beautiful and is a lovely keepsake of my favourite film!

This film is fun, emotional and beautifully made. The way the different art styles come together is fantastic. This film is humourous but also has it's sad moments. The storyline is very good, quite a different approach to other Spiderman movies.I expected it to be OK,but it ended up being so much better than I had expected.

Nolan maintains gut-wrenching suspense throughout by cross-cutting between the various characters and their plights. I’d go so far to say that Dunkirk could easily serve as its own master class in the art of film editing.

"I love that it’s an art film about teenagers. I just love the way that it’s shot — I love those old lenses, those Zeiss lenses; they have a softer feel. [Coppola and her DP, Harris Savvides, used the lenses from Rumble Fish to shoot Somewhere.] Roman [Coppola, her brother] and I are just sentimental about film."

Unique, masterful coming-of-age film
Richard Linklater is incredible. He has such patience and a wonderful eye for human nature. To make a film over 11 years is no mean feat and yet he accomplished a unique and beautiful piece of art. The film itself is about the childhood and adolescence of Mason Evans Jr. and the subtle changes of growing up, that make this an original coming of age movie.

"I made a stop-motion film once. It was ten minutes long. It took twenty-one days to shoot, and I spent six months making it, from creating the creatures to finishing the edit. Stop-motion is one of the most miserable, torturous art forms. It’s hard to process the human effort it took to make this film . . . In my mind, this film is one of the seven wonders of the world."

There’s obviously a lot of love put it into this film by its talent in front of and behind the camera and in a situation of life imitating art, Elliott should get all the attention and praise he deserves from this film.

"It’s definitely up there because of the cinematography, the cultural references, the graffiti, and the art. It’s that kind of high-standard indie film and the French make such beautiful films anyway. They seem to be in a league of their own. All the references to the riots and the times and what was going on, that’s particularly why I love that film."

The epitomy of film. One of the best movies ever put the big screen. What else can I say that hasn't already been said about this magnificent piece of art? This is excellent and Heath Ledger will always be my favorite Joker.
