Amazing story that will have you unable to put the book down
Quite possibly the top of my favourite fantasy book list
I love reading fantasy and this is by far one of the best I have ever read, it's right up there with Lord of the Rings good. I can only say that choosing to read this book, will get you hooked and unable to put it down. The story is fantastic and writen to an awesome standard that it's easy to read and so full of wounder to epic proportions.

So Totally Awesome
At this point I've read this book four times and can see myself reading it another ten times and I would still find it such a breath of fresh air.
The plot is interesting and fun and honestly you gets so invested in the story and it wonderful characters that it's almost impossible to put the book down.
On top of all the '80 nostalgia you have a truly wonderful and heartfelt story where you can't help with root for the underdog Wade throught the whole thing.

Cameo appearances were awesome (1 more)
Acting from the leading ladies
Shouldn't be compared to the original (2 more)
Even this film was OTT
What was the point of Chris Hemsworth?
Nostalgic at the same time completely novel
It's like Bridesmaids mixed together with the original Ghostbusters. The wit and humour was completely innovative, not even comparable to the original which was excellent, however, the fact that the original four were super clumsy with their weapons was part of the charm - totally missed in this where they seem to be martial art masters after several attempts. The cameos were brilliant, only missing Harold Ramis. Enjoyable but not on the same level by far.

Beer battles (5 more)
Actual beers used in the game
Recipes require different things
Different cities prefer different beers.
Lots of researching in this game
Could be a checklist of beers to try.
Game is relatively short (1 more)
Doesn’t really promote battles. Maybe one of two before the game ends.
Brewing beer for head to head beer battles
I enjoyed it when we played it twice. I love the theme. I think it needs higher player counts to be great, and the bottle caps should be awesome but they are kinda awkward. It’s a good game. And actually not very hard. Just slightly too awkward to actually play at a brewery. Cheers

Stormi (105 KP) rated Wish - Shopping Made Fun in Apps
Apr 17, 2018
What can I say? This is an app full of awesome things at cheap prices. You get what you pay for. I use this for more jewelry than anything. I dont trust it for clothes because I always see that the sizes are never right etc. It is an app I have used many times in the past. I can't give it a perfect rating because wait times are longer than listed and like I said you get what you pay for. Some things are cheaply made. But, overall, I have used this app and enjoyed it. Just be cautious when you do use.

Brea Lowther (26 KP) rated Lumberjanes: Beware the Kitten Holy: v.1 in Books
May 25, 2018
Camp Fun!
I am a big fan of Noelle Stevenson after reading Nimona. It was no surprise to me that this book was awesome! This comic has the same kind of strange girls being themselves, no matter how odd or different, vibe. Mix in some weirdness, some supernatural woodland creatures, fun adventures, an overbearing camp counselor, and a camp leader who seems a little flighty, and you have Lumberjanes. The girls’ robust personalities are so varied, and are illustrated so well. It is refreshing. The book was fun, interesting, hilarious, and appropriate for everyone. I cannot wait to pickup volume 2!!!

graveyardgremlin (7194 KP) rated Angel: After the Fall, Volume 1 in Books
Feb 15, 2019
I have to say, this was bloody awesome! The style was there, the characters, the vibe, it all felt like Angel. Season eight of Buffy feels a bit 'out there' as far as the plot goes but this actually is a continuation of the series, and even though it didn't start right where the show (and action) left off (although, I think volume two of After the Fall does), it did a great job getting back into a groove. Not to mention the artwork is fabulous and the whole look of the book is beautiful. Great job, I hope the others in the series hold up as well.

Frecklesxoxo (6 KP) rated Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 (2018) in Movies
Feb 27, 2019
Awesome sequel
I love wreck it Ralph and I was pleasantly surprised with the sequel. It was great for all ages and so funny. The underlying theme for me was how it's ok to want different things that your friends and family don't want, it's ok to make new friends and to not get jealous or scared if they are going in a different direction. It's a really great message for the younger generation.
It has some sad and meaningful content especially with this digital age ant the emphasis not to get to upset over comments on social media ect.
Great film

Complicated as
The game is very very complicated and takes alot of restarts to get any where but once you get going properly and get some citizens then it gets EVEN MORE complicated lol. The game is long winded yes and complicated definitely but every little milestone is that much more gratifying. The graphics are good for the size of the game and i do enjoy playing it but only for so long before it becomes repetitive

Childhood feels
Disney started to make live action movie of their classics quite long time ago. Aladdin was my favourite (along side with the Lion King) and I was a bit worried about this live action. I went to the cinema and Disney did it again. I was a child again for all the movie, laughing and enjoying every single scene. Was a really nice surprise. The songs were brilliant, the cast amazing, Will Smith exceptional. The only thing I didn't like it was Jafar. He didn't really convinced me.
