Pride and Glory (2008)
2008 | Drama, Family
A good cop drama about a family in the force, thrown into an awkward position when a case exposes some dirty cops from their precinct. A very enjoyable film, with a well assembled cast. Might be a little confusing at the start as to who is bad and who isn't though. It doesn't have a great deal of action but it's still a good story well told.

Even Chris Hansen wouldn't want to catch The Predator (2018) #Review
The Predator franchise hasn’t had as much bad luck as its studio stablemate the Alien. Sure they both clashed in a pair of adequate/ terrible movies but at least our favourite extra-terrestrial trophy hunter hasn’t appeared in anything as aggressively stupid as “Alien: Covenant”...until now, that is...

I really enjoyed this book. As a lover of fairy tales and mythology, it was the premise of the main character being a half Native American coyote shifter that interested me the most. Mercy being an out of the ordinary heroine having a background in history and being mechanic was something of plus. This little coyote has what it takes to run with the big bad wolves.

Ok, this nightmare cross between "Bloody Mary" and "Jumanji" was an interesting concept, I'll give it that. It played out rather boring and predictablr though. The acting wasn't too bad. The cinematography was a bit weak and the monster might have been better if he didn't speak. Overall this movie was only mildly entertaining. Something to throw on if you're bored. Otherwise, not really worth a watch.

Admittedly I read this quite a few years ago but from what I can remember it was a wonderfully poignant story of grief and family. It's honest about the twists and turns grief will take you, good and bad, it's really a breath of fresh air. It clearly has a lot of heart in it, which as an avid reader and performer I really appreciate.

2nd outing in Tamriel
This was my second Elder Scrolls game. The graphics have been slammed over the years but they're really not that bad. Yes it doesn't have the same look as Morrowind or Skyrim but it doesn't take away from the gameplay. The quests are enjoyable but can be challenging, especially some of the oblivion gates. It fits well into the series.

This book was a good first book to a series. It starts off quite slow and there are a lot of characters that get thrown at you all at once. The author seems to jump from one thought to another without completing the first one. It takes some getting used to. Overall not a bad book. The series is one i will continue reading.

An historical entertainment more than a traditional historical novel, this imagines that Anne Boleyn had a son, ergo she wasn't discarded and her son became king on the decease of Henry VIII. Potentially I thought this might be very, very bad, but actually it was pretty well written and entertaining, A few odd Americanisms in there ("visit with" etc.), but overall better than I expected.

Spin off show to AEW Dynamite
This show on AEW's YouTube channel is an hour weekly of matches that didn't make it onto the live Dynamite show, and filmed at that event. However that doesn't
mean that the matches are bad, in fact many wouldn't be out of place main eventing Dynamite, a highly recommended accompaniment to the main show.

In which Claudia is a complete douchebag. You're supposed to feel bad for Claudia, but she's so self-involved and whiny, you just want to pummel her.
Janine is a genius and in college classes, so Claudia treats her like crap and when her grandmother ends up with a stroke, Claudia tries to make it all about her.
Go choke on a Twinkie, Kishi!
