#keanureeves #johnwick2 #johnwick When i got up out my seat after this had ended my heart was pounding and thats when i realised john wick 2 was something special. Its been a while since an action film has made me feel this excited, engaged and short of breath but this film nailed everything almost flawlessly. From the start this film oozes quality, every shot its perfect and has a gritty kind of beauty to it. Its filmed so well too with none of those stupid jump cuts action films today seem to shove in your face constantly to hide bad cgi or awful choreography, but in john wick 2 every fight, every trigger pull is framed so carefully and perfect that you see EVERYTHING thats going on in one clean swoop. The sound too is outstanding, you hear every cartridge hit the floor during gun fights and the roar of a cars engine you feel it in your chest and even the cinema floor was rumbling too. Id say this is way better than the fist one too as the director has clearly learnt more techniques/styles and take inspiration from older action films and stuntmen. I also can not wait to see this on #4k because the detail and destruction is nuts, mud, water, blood and glass is literally splashed everywhere. Blood fans will be happy also as this film is gratuitously violent (cough cough pencil scene). A definite must see film, its such an explosive rush from start to finish and its a lot smarter/fun and well made than your average action film. So excited for part 3. #film #review #action ##gore #blood #new #rubyrose #violent #style #odeonlimitless #odeon #cinema #2017

Empara Mi is a London-based singer-songwriter from Guernsey. Not too long ago, she released a music video for her “Blood in the Water” single.

“I feel like everyone acts out the end of a relationship in their heads before it happens. Maybe as a coping mechanism; to prepare ourselves for the worst and to see how we will take it. This video was meant to capture that mental snapshot, the beginning of the end and all the fighting and anxieties that come with it.” – Empara Mi

The music video tells an interesting tale of a pre-breakup mental state which symbolizes phases of love, argument, and fighting amid vibrant allegory.

Apparently, the woman who shares this dying relationship with her significant other senses that they might be too far gone to resuscitate the love that they once had for each other.

Later, she admits that because they were lying in a bed filled with roses and thorns, that’s why they are torn apart now.

‘Blood in the Water’ contains a dramatic storyline, ear-welcoming vocals, and lush instrumentation flavored with a commercial pop aroma. Also, it’s the follow-up single to “Crying”, which is an intoxicating introduction to the vision of Empara Mi.

“The video is the journey of the breakup. It begins in a dreamlike state where everything feels safe, but suddenly you can’t control the involuntary warnings flooding your brain. Slowly the walls begin to crack and the other person’s colors start to show.” – Empara Mi

Empara Mi emerged in 2016 with her critically acclaimed debut single, entitled, “Wanderlust”. Since then, her music has amassed almost 3M streams online via Spotify.

Its a great game, and Ive put in a couple hundred hours of play time, but it has a lot of flaws, mainly the amount of glitches in it. On more than one occation I found myself falling through the world, and I had a dead blood dragon that spawned through the world almost everywhere I went (I now refer to him as my pet blood dragon). My husband of choice was Darkithus the argonian, and it is impossible to keep him at your home, he has to be your follower or else he gets lost. I also gound it was very easy to get trapped in walls, lose items to what I refer to as the floor gods, and have items randomly start glitching out and flying all over the place. Also floating swords and shields will randomly show up in world while you explore, and often times they cannot be picked up. These glitches ruin any immersion you have. But even with all the bad glitches, the game is still beautiful, though a little dull, almost 8 years later.

Interesting characters and continued plot twists to keep you guessing and wanting to watch more. (0 more)
Still pretty gory sometimes. Thankfully it's not every single episode or it'd turn me off. If you are very sensitive to violence, blood and war/bombs, there is some sort of violence, blood, killing, etc about every other or every 2 episodes. (0 more)
Great what if historical tv show
Contains spoilers, click to show
Again NOT for children. If you're sensitive to violence, etc then proceed with caution. Though I encourage everyone to at least watch a few episodes as I find the plot twists and story line out ways the gore. If there was more of it, I'd be turned off too much. But thankfully it's not every episode. I am still finishing season 2 but so far it's been very interesting! A small spoiler at the bottom.

Especially the plot twist of an alternate time period and universe where certain people aren't dead and stuff. Curious to see how both intersect and how the trade minister jumps to these alternate realities. Is he dreaming? Or literally time traveling? I guess we will find out eventually.

MYTHICAL CREATURE EVOLVED (0 more)
AMAZING horror novella that introduces Blood of the Ysir saga.
In this book "Wendigo" is a term used by the indigenous inhabitants for demonic creatures who eat human flesh and are always ravenous. In other folklore the wendigo nature is a curse visited as a punishment on human cannibals when they first taste human flesh.
In this fictional world that we enter with Erik,
the curse is triggered by the same crime, but there are genetic requirements and the cursed can transform into powerful werebeasts. At one time, these creatures were treated as gods and fed by their neighbors, but the native peoples abandoned this practice and the creatures, who had human intelligence, shape shifting powers and massive strength and could not be killed, turned in anger to preying extensively on humans.
This book is well worth the read as a standalone novella if you prefer but if like me it snags from the beginning and you to continue following the journey so remember to check out the Blood of the Ysir saga to continue on the path. Highly anxious for the third in series now!!
