The best book in the series leaves you satisfied.
A very satisfying ending to the series. It changes location compared again, but in doing so it offers a suspenseful adventure. We see the completion of both Rose's and Lissa's quests in the series. If I have to choose one book in the series to read over and over again...this is it.

Great read. This is book #1 in the O'Laughlin series and what a fantastic start to a series! The detailed writing gives the imagination so much that you can find yourself feeling as though you are in the book! Loved!

Ah this book... I'd say it's one of the worst in the series. Book 3 made me realize that this series was only following a template, but this book... It was the one that made me aware of the little sprout of annoyance I had towards this series, growing inside me. The template was bad enough, but now we could top it off with sudden character changes, inconsistent storytelling, and just a boring book all around. I complain a lot about this book in my spoiler video, and for good reason...
