A Psychedelic Delight for All!
This gem of a movie, brought to life by legendary director and animator Chuck Jones (Road Runner, Tom and Jerry etc.), is something magical and downright strange.

It has been 52 years since it's release, and before tonight probably 20 years since I saw it last. I see now that this classic piece of children's cinema is a timeless classic, that I think for the most part sadly remains forgotten.

The story itself feels very similar to "Alice in Wonderland" , with hints of "The Wizard of Oz" added to make something honestly quite unique.

Another thing that is essential to mention in this review, is that I believe it is enjoyable to those literally any age.

Overall, whether you want warring kingdoms, princesses, lovable characters, strange monsters or just a great story with an excellent moral, this is the film for you!

Enjoy, folks!

The only Christmas story
There have been hundreds of adaptations of this book, and yet this will be the only classic version. It is the original redemption novella. The treatment of the poor and the ability of a self-interested man absolving himself by transforming into a more sympathetic character are the key themes of the story. With A Christmas Carol, Charles Dickens captured the essence of the mid-Victorian revival of the Christmas holiday.

Whether you're a purist who prefers the classic styles of metal or the thrill-seeking type looking for new forms of genre mashing and everything in between, 2017 delivered across all fronts.

Cannibal Corpse's killing spree continued, GWAR bounced back from a devastating loss, Zeal & Ardor introduced us to entirely new sounds, the Cavalera brothers dished out a completely old school offering and that's just some of the best this year brought us:

An Instant Classic
Who knew that game play like this could be so addicting? I've played this season through twice on PC and once on Xbox One and I'm still not tired of the story. Each time you can change what happens and develop the characters differently. It's absolutely engrossing, to the point where you actually forget you're playing a game. Telltale are amazing at making games, I haven't found one I've disliked yet!

A great start to a classic trilogy
A great start to an epic story. Sir Ian McKellen is the stand out actor for me. This is a top quality film in every aspect. The only downside is it ends at a point where you feel right in the middle of a key scene.
