As I've never read the books or watched the tv show it's a okay movie not as good as say life of Brian which did it better or even carry on Cleo. Some nice cameos from quite few funny comedians like Alexander Armstrong and Lee mack. Anyway probably won't watch again

It's just what it says it is. Jerry Seinfeld picking up comedians ( mostly old or washed up)and taking them for coffee, talking about the old days. Some episodes were ok, most I found to be boring. Although I'm not a fan of Jerry Seinfeld. I like Seinfeld tv show but find him annoying.

Of course this season it's just called "comedians at home, doing nothing".

Fact filled fun
The team on this podcast are not just fact finders but also comedians. The chemistry between the presenters is brilliant, the facts are put across with humour which makes them easy to remember. This podcast inspired me to go see them live, which was one of the best shows I've seen.

Great conversation
An absolute gem. Comedians talking passionately about something that makes them laugh. Really knowledgeable hosts who see the funny side and expand upon their guests' ideas. The conversation flows naturally as they unpack the humour from a wide range of sources - books, LPs television, films, cartoons. Not always the usual suspects. Have come out of every episode having laughed and having learnt something.

Hilarious cast of comedians. Decent D&D adventure. The “brought to you by”s from Blaine Capatch! (0 more)

Warning: not for kids. Damn it’s funny!
If you want serious D&D...if you want strict adherence to the rules...if you want comedic references only from the millennial standpoint...oh baby this ain’t for you.

This is a group of comedians/comedic actors who have been playing D&D together and separately for decades. Their cameraderie shows. The jokes are great even when they’re dumb. The laughs and action are non-stop. (Well, one or the other at least at a time.)

The DM’s stories are always fun. Hell, they even make reading thanks’ to Patreon supporters a laugh. (Thanks, Skeletor’s Dick!)

Seriously, if you like fun and know at least a little about D&D, and are into lowbrow humor, this podcast WILL NOT FAIL YOU.

RIP, Amarth Amon.

Movie Favorite Watch

"The casting in this film allows for so much nuance, from Nick Apollo Forte (who didn’t do anything else) to the borscht-belt comedians in Carnegie Deli, to all of Danny Rose’s clients, to the off-type performance from Mia Farrow as a side-piece and a mob-boss princess… They all amount to something that’s so inherently New York in a way that I hope NEVER dies. I am Danny Rose."

Jamie Grimm is a middle schooler who has learned to deal with the sorrow in his life by telling jokes. Then he hears about a contest for kid comedians. Should he enter? I enjoyed the books and the humor definitely made me laugh. However, the plot introduced several potential conflicts only to drop them without any development at all.

Funny, but filthy
I've never heard of Greg Davies before. I have been enjoying British comedians from Netflix specials so I thought I'd give it a go.

It is pretty funny if at times so filthy that it's hard to get really into it. To jokes about his mother's sexual experiences to a furry sight gag, the subject matter is pretty raunchy.

Granted he does have a couple decent attempts at positive motivational moments.

Generally speaking I lughed, but not a lot.
