Oh wow!! What I thought was a slow start sure took me by surprise.......and the surprises kept on coming.

Deadly Target is a deep, intriguing read that immerses you in a well written, in-depth and gripping read (with romance and suspense thrown in to add more juicy layers) You won't want to put it down and I couldn't blame you.
    The cogs started turning early on and had me guessing throughout, I wasn't disappointed! I'm also so glad that we weren't left with a crazy cliffhanger.

I adore Erin and Nathan, they connect and work really well together, well, after a little awkwardness, but that's standard with people.

I read this in one sitting and it was intense, creepy, crazy, and got really weird. It's a very gothic story and atmosphere that is an appropriate type of read for this time of year with the cold, dark winter and everything. This book does pretty much live up to the hype.
The only thing with this book I'd caution is that toward the end what I noticed more is that there's some profanity/crude language and a bit of a shock at the end with a brief bit of gore and violence that grossed me out, but other than that I enjoyed this quite a bit.

So this month I’ve read 14 and DNFd 3! I haven’t had much time to read this month due to moving house which has been a total nightmare! But still happy with what I managed.

My only 5⭐️ is as The Liars Daughter and it was absolutely brilliant!

I was disappointed in The Woman in Black as I really wanted to love it!

Speedy Action Thriller
Well we have a remake here of an old Danish film. Not aware of that film but this is pretty much much an all out action, loud, big, crazy fun film. Mixing Den of Thieves with Speed kinda vibe. After a Bank heist goes awry 2 robbers highjack an ambulance to make their escape. Then we have the long pursuit. Despite the long run time the action rarely lets up with some great cop chase scenes and enough of a story to make it interesting. Not ground breaking by any means but you'll enjoy the ride.

A great first half
Another quality entry to the Mission Impossible franchise. The last two have really upped the stakes in terms of quality Action films and are my favourite ones so far. The same director is back for the 3rd time and it does feel in touch with the last two.
Amazing locations with some crazy stunts make the film whizz by despite a long run time. Only downer it did feel very much like a part one rather than a complete story in its own right. Sit back, buckle up and enjoy the stunts.
