Watched today another movie on Disney plus that I hadn’t ever seen till now is it any good yes it’s rather good dark comedy about kidnapping that goes wrong and the husband who’s glad she’s gone. Casting wise Danny Devito is perfectly cast as the husband as u watch his delight at the thought he might not see that bitch again and then there’s Bette middler as the wife who gives the kidnappers trouble no end overall good afternoons comedy

A movie you can really sink your teeth into

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a horror/comedy about a high school cheerleader who learns that it is her destiny to hunt vampires.
juggling being a student/cheerleader & Training to hunt & kill the undead proves to be a little more stressfull as the final hour draws closer.
A fun light hearted yet dark themed Classic.

The movie was a moderate success at the box office but garnered mixed reviews by critics.

taken in a different direction than writer Joss Whedon intended, five years later, he created the darker, more successful TV series of the same name.

Kinda like this it has plenty of dark humor Inot it for a half hour show staring John mcginely from scrubs playing former who loyalty lost his job as sheriff who ends helping the new sheriff fight off evil forces that plague the town it's rather good not too long just right for a comedy show bring on season 2

If you haven't seen it yet, shame on you!

Jim Carrey offers up his legendary goofy antics in this portrayal of the dark horse comics character, Stanley Ipkiss aka The Mask.
Filled with unforgettable scenes and quotes that are still used by everyday people, The Mask was a hit with audiences of all ages with the characters over the top green faced expressions and ridiculous costumes that followed.
Although not as dark as it's comic book material, the movie is an old gem that's still tickling those funny bones.

The stuff that’s funniest is the stuff that scares us most — because all good comedy comes out of fear of death, fear of humiliation, fear of public awkwardness, fear of, you know, all those kinds of things. To have truly, really dark comedy where at the end of the film everyone in the world dies, that was very funny to me. I went to the Kubrick exhibition and there was this whole section on how originally the film had ended with a gigantic pie fight, and it was cut; but in a way I get what that might have been going for — the fact that it is all so ridiculous."
