This is a lovely book with beautiful illustrations. My daughter loves the classic rhyme and I thought the silver star on each page was a nice touch.

My daughter loves travelling by plane so I thought I would reserve this one for her at the library. She also loves Maisy so this was a good book to read together. The book goes through all the stages of airplane travel, some of which my daughter remembers so it brought back happy memories. There were a few inconsistencies but those probably won't be recognised by pre-schoolers.
