"I chose Both Sides Now because it was reworkings of some of her songs, and I only came across it after watching a documentary on the radio. It brought me to some songs I'd never heard before but then I fell in love with, such as 'A Case Of You', which is just amazing. I think it really made me revisit her lyrics. There's something about taking your songs and revisiting them and yet still being true to the songs - many others have tried to do it, but sound shit. Hers were equally as beautiful. So I chose that record as a fulcrum in my Joni Mitchell journey, as I first liked her more almost obscure albums, those that were in my parents' collection, such as Chalk Mark In A Rain Storm and Dog Eat Dog, and then I found Blue, The Hissing Of Summer Lawns and Court And Spark. But I like this album because it took me there, and as an artist, it shows the measure of her songs. Where she can make that sort of record and still make me want to hear the others, and love them too."

One of the few Pixar movies that I (somehow) managed to miss this when it came out at the cinema, only catching it recently on Disney+.

And, like most of Pixar output's, this is technically and visually stunning, with a sub-plot about the importance of family tied into the main narrative.

(Coco, it turns out pretty early on, is the name of his great-grandmother.)

That narrative concerns 12 year old Miguel, who dreams of becoming a famous musician despite his family's ban on any kind of music whatsoever following a decision made by one of his ancestors to leave his family to go touring (and never came back). Set during the Mexican tradition of The Day of the Dead, Miguel finds himself transported to the land of the dead following circumstances (which I'm not going to go into here), and sets off on a quest to find his ancestors and get their blessing so he can return home.

Dante the dog steals the show.

'Remember Me' deserves to become as well known as 'Let It Go'.

And That's Why We Drink is a podcast hosted by Kristina, Em, and Geio the Dog. Em gives a paranormal (usually hauntings) story, while Kristina recounts a true crime story. Together they make the beginning of each week a little less dreadful. On the first of each month there is a "Listener's Stories" episode, which as the name implies, includes the stories that listener send in, whether paranormal, murder, or both. Annie’s dog Fang hires Nate to find the Christmas card his mother always sends him. It’s a week late, and Fang looks forward to it all year. (Or so Annie claims). Can Nate find it?

This is a fun entry in the series with a dash of humor (especially when Rosamand appears), and decent clues that a kid or adult could use to solve the case along with Nate. Not that I did, of course.
