A list of my favorite things:
-The urgency with which he is trying to solve a hundreds year old murder
-The floating head depositions
-"31 mysteries PLUS ONE"
-"...and a dog"
-"It might not be what you oughtn't to think it is not." And other such sentences.
-The fact that he sprinkles in actual, good points- and then promptly goes back to being bonkers
-"Only the dead..."
-"...saying that he is, in fact...satan's shorty?"
-"a midget transexual prostitute"
-The frantic graphics
Among other gems. So good at being both informative and just... I don't even know.
So many drinking games to be had.
Always watch with someone else, the "did that just happen? did he just really say that?" will be distracting otherwise.
Highly recommend, but it is really hard to find.

Now on to the rest of the book...
The storyline was interesting, there was some hilarious moments, and overall I enjoyed it better than most of the contemporary romances Ms. MacAlister has written. I am very intrigued by Christian and can't wait to read his book in this series. Roxy, on the other hand, reminded me of a little, annoying, rabid yappy dog. Yes, she could provide entertainment, but if I knew someone like that, I'd go insane, or else commit homicide. Otherwise the book was fine entertainment but not a keeper for me. Probably the main reason I read the whole book was because of the intriguing Christian and wondering about his fate.

Jaime and Chandler were beautifully chiseled. They were perfect for their roles and really became a part of me as I followed along side them. I felt their relationship grow like it was my own, I felt their hearts beating like mine as they helped the victim. And Aslan....oh how my heart loved that therapy dog! Of course, I'm a sucker for all animals!
Once again, 5 stars to the talented Mrs. Putman. Her story will take you on a journey you won't soon forget. The pages turned long into the night for me, and before I knew it, Jaime and Chandler's story came to an end. Definitely recommending this one with hats off and two thumbs up.

The slow progression of the plot would have been fine had the ending been stronger. The last twenty minutes were a whirlwind and not in a good way. If the film is an unsettling ice cream sundae, the ending was an ugly cherry that tastes as bad as it looks.
For what it's worth, the story is definitely intriguing with simple, yet complex details. It's weird, yet somehow heartwarming. Despite my dislike for the film as a whole, Eccleston and Kate Winslet both played phenomenal roles. Two performances that were almost enough to carry the film.
Not quite. I give Jude a 67.

Favourite episodes of mine (*cough* and my 2 year old daughter):
The tadpole badge
The acorn badge
The paddling pool badge
The stick badge
The omelette badge
I could go on but would end up listing every episode. Get your kids, grandkids, cousins, nieces and nephews watching, they will thank you for it, "Ah....woof!"
