Three to Get Deadly was my favorite book in the Stephanie Plum series so far. As usual it was unpredictable & didn't try too hard. I found myself laughing out loud at several points in the book. My favorite was when all her elderly neighbors came out carrying handguns, shotguns, & assalt rifles when they heard a gunshot come from Plum's apartment. That would be quite a sight!
This story line was the most interesting in the series to this point. There were lots of twists & turns. The secret life of the neighborhood ice cream & candy man being the most interesting. Just goes to show that you never truly know what someone does behind closed doors! UGH!

A Romantic drama that seems to have been missed by most. Jennifer Love Hewitt and a few familiar English faces pop up in this. Set in London a man gets to relive a day in which things didn't work out between him and his girlfriend before she is in an accident. Will he be able to change the path of destiny and save her second time round? Quite similar but not quite as good as Sliding doors, which had the same type of plot and also set in London. If you like romantic films which deal with fate and destiny you will like this. Don't mistake it for a Rom-Com though, not much to laugh at here.

"I remember the gatefold cover and I remember clearly the first time I heard it was summer and my parents opening up the doors and having friends round when I was younger. He was just the ultimate pop star and the music... it's weird when you heard something like 'Billie Jean' for the first time, that the combination of sounds - soul, electro, etc - then sounded so fresh. How he'd go from funk soul on one track, then into something really poppy. 'Thriller', the song, isn't actually my favourite. I prefer the rest of the album to it, funnily enough, but I think he made such a massive mark with this album. For me, that was his definitive statement."
