Stay with it!
I put this down after I read a few chapters because I felt like it was boring.

And then I picked it back up, and Baz entered, and I am so glad I did. It is brilliant and hilarious, and totally engaging.

The story, the relationships, and the characters are so witty and entertaining. I didn't expect to like this as much as I liked Fangirl, but I enjoyed it even more.

This book is a gripping courtroom drama about a hard-working single Mum and solicitor who is trying to juggle a demanding job and a disabled child when she gets a case that she can't let go of.
This story is so perfectly paced and engaging that, before I even realised it, I was halfway though. The absolute definition of a page turner, especially in the last few chapters and I can't wait to read some more of Ruths work.

Turn on, tune in, don’t touch that dial
I mean, I saw Eddie Marsans name and the movie gets an instant 3 bombs. But I was even happier to find the movie was engaging as hell.

A radio DJ on the grave yard shift is about to have the worst night of his life as his show is taken hostage by armed gunman who want his deepest secrets exposed live on air in a moment that could destroy his career.

Crime documentaries are, by far, my favorite programs to watch. Last week Hulu released FX on Hulu, and this was the first non-fiction show from FX.
It's a nice, tight, four episode series about a guy who tracked down his birth mother, and subsequently his father, who he believes is the Zodiac Killer. It was completely engaging, and the evidence was compelling.

To avoid spoilers, I have to stop there. It's well worth the watch and I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed this. World-wise it's a bit like a cross between the Matrix and Blade Runner. A person's consciousness can be transferred from body to body (called a sleeve).

The main character has been brought out of suspension into a new body and tasked to solve a murder, but of course nothing is ever add simple as it seems.

Engaging and leaves you wanting more, I look forward to seeing future series and in the meantime I shall be reading the books.
