The book is always better, it delves into more personal family life of Simon, and I thought Leah's casting was terrible, just because she's a popular actress doesn't mean she fits Leah's profile - sad - would have been great to have big girl rep in it

Family feel good entertainment

Classic Eddie Murphy - don't forget to play "spot the Eddie Murphy" character. Really enjoyed the context and the characters were brilliant. The music added a new layer to the comedy and was very current.

The story was obvious. Id recommend as an easy watching family fun film

Good family film

Me and my children thought this film was rather funny, there was bits they found very funny and other bits went over their heads but I found very funny. It's great to watch as a family but not a film we would watch over and over again.
