Amazing story, I was hooked from the first page. This is a story about two single parents trying to find time to have romance. Amazing characters, you will fall in love with from the start. This is a hot and steamy read with plenty of romance. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

Another incerdible Jack Reacher story!
Read my first Jack Reacher story by Lee Child and was hooked! Die Trying is book #2 in the series and even if read out of order these books will keep you hooked from page one. Every book is action-packed and as with every series, I love reading and being familiar with the characters and Jack's surely a guy leading an interesting life!? highly recommended book & series!

Welcome to Night Vale is the first podcast I have listened to religiously. It has taken a few months to catch up and be current and now I can't wait for the next episode every few weeks!
I have to agree with some of the others though, the weather segment can be a little odd.
Also, if you like the podcast, you'll love the books too!

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2196 KP) rated The Unusual Suspects (The Sisters Grimm, #2) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
Sabrina and Daphne Grimm start their new school only to have a teacher murdered their first day. Is one of the Ever Afters guilty of the crime? This combination of fantasy and mystery may be aimed at kids, but I absolutely love the world it creates. And the cliffhanger definitely left me wanting more.

The Marinated Meeple (1848 KP) rated Zombies!!! in Tabletop Games
Mar 14, 2018
The miniatures are the only redeeming part of the game.
First player to reach the center of the Helipad tile and kill the Zombie there, or kill a total of 25 Zombies wins. When a player is killed they move back to the starting tile and lose half their Zombie kills. Boring and simple in a bad way, you must really love zombies to like this game.

I recently reread this book and can say that it was much more enjoyable the first time when my reading and viewing was steeped in science fiction. I still really enjoyed reading it and love the tongue-in-cheek nods to science fiction.
I also had a greater appreciation for the political satire this time around; Zaphod Beeblebrox especially stood out as being much more relevant to me at this point in time.

Not a Spoiler...
I will say when I first started reading this story all I could think was "Sleeping with the Enemy." I mean the whole story was very close in regards to settings and the storyline. However, when reached the ending part of the book I was BLOWN AWAY with the ending. I was not at all what I was expecting. I literally teared-up. Very touching. I love this story.

Dean (6926 KP) rated Slasher - Season 2 in TV

Great Slasher series
Another good Slasher series with a different story and cast from the first. Definitely one Slasher fans will love. It's dark, violent and very gory for a TV series. There are plenty of twists and turns in the plot with a good whodunit element as well. With so few decent films of the genre around lately it's great to find an 8 part series that does it so well.
Roxanne (13 KP) rated D.N.Angel, Vol. 1 (D.N.Angel, #1) in Books

One of my favourite manga series! I love it! I have the anime but I haven't finished watching all of it yet. When I first started this series I thought it was very original and that the characters were great. The plot is great, if I was going to knock any stars off it would be because of Riku and Risa...they can get a little annoying at times, but other than that....great series!!
