"Sorry to pick this. Just saying the title's enough, really, isn't it? I know it's really obvious, but it's such a masterpiece.

It's been strangely hard picking my albums for this, as lots of things don't resonate with me now like they used to when I was younger. I've been listening a lot more to classical and choral music in the last year, for example, but this fits in with that, because this is sacred music. It's music that transcends genre. Every track is profoundly beautiful – and I say that having liked Talk Talk before this, too. I remember the first album coming out at the same time as Duran Duran's Rio, and people comparing them, then hearing The Colour Of Spring. 'Life's What You Make It' was a big song when I was at sixth form. But this album… this is a bigger thing. I still love it so much.

"I love that album because it’s in two parts. The first part is mostly him recording everything himself and doing like a print thing where he’s exploring the studio. He’s a great producer – he did Bat Out Of Hell and loads of other stuff as well – he knows studios and studio techniques and trickery. He’s a multi-instrumentalist, and I always enjoy listening to people who are like that because they often approach their second and third instruments totally differently to an accomplished drummer or bass player. But the second part is with his band, who are also great. It ticks both boxes really! I think of these as classic rock songs even though English people never know who I’m talking about. So I feel like I’m part of some little exclusive club, even though everyone in America knows everything about Todd Rundgren [laughs]."

"The first time I fell in love. And felt loved in return. Basically, my childhood (with nuances, of course)—I’m sure I am not the only one who was wondering where in my house they had hidden the cameras. Léaud at the top of his game; he did create, with time, his own acting rules, his own school in his mind, and he opened the doors to many other actors and actresses. One never really says, “Léaud is so bad in this or that film.” No. It’s Léaud, that’s it. Plus, you can never think of anyone to replace him. Never. This film clearly does justice to its title. It blows us away. I don’t feel very original when I say that this is the movie that made me want to direct. And that reminds me all the time how much there is still to learn."

3.5 stars.

I was enjoying this for the first 60% or so but then it started to annoy me how they were dragging it all out. Why couldn't they just admit they wanted more from each other? Why couldn't they just get together?!

It took until about the 85% mark for me to get into it again and with it being on Scribd that I read this, it ended at the 91% so it was pretty close to the end when everything was working out and the HEA was within reach.

I will be reading the next book, [b:Beautiful Player|17831614|Beautiful Player (Beautiful Bastard, #3)|Christina Lauren|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1375285002s/17831614.jpg|24948167], at some point when I get back off holiday as it's part of a Reading list that I'm working through on BookLikes: http://booklikes.com/apps/reading-lists/146/books-to-fall-in-love-with

I love my kindle - it's my second after I dropped and smashed my first one - I have a whole wall of books in my lounge and couldn't possibly fit another book on there so now I read on my kindle and no longer have to take over another wall for books. I like how you can download a sample of a book I'm unsure about. Some books are free, some can be borrowed then returned once read and the rest are cheaper than a standard book. I like how it tells me what % I am through the book and how much longer each chapter is so I can gauge wether I have time to get another chapter in quick! Couldn't be without it now!

Brilliant
One of vin deisels finest! Who does love the actor in his younger days amongst all the nail bitting action! (Riddick)

Riddick is currently being transported when the ship he is flying on gets hit by a meteor shower and makes a crash landing on a strange planet that has three sun's, only every 22 years there is an eclipse. It may seem the people on the ship that survive the crash have enough to deal with, with Riddick being a danger to everyone and them being stranded they don't see what lies behead. Soon they learn about the darkness to come and it's a fight to survive with everyone on edge they need Riddick to help them survive the horrors that live in the dark. Amazing film definitely worth the watch, the budget for the creatures isn't all that but was brilliant back when it first came out.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is the first time I've ever seen Hercules. I've heard amazing things about it, I've listened to the soundtrack, but it was never one I wanted to see as a kid. I was all about the princesses and if we're being honest, that hasn't changed much. The music in this film is already top-notch, but then to see the film and watch it come to life? Incredible.

I think Meg is my favorite character. She feels the most real and the most diverse. I think she is the most rounded out character in this film. Not that the others aren't great, it just feels like you can relate to her in some way or another and that's why I love her so much.

I really enjoyed watching this film and I'm sure I'll find my way back to it again.
