You must read part one to know part two. Just figured I would throw that out there first.. Next.. this was amazing.. so simply amazing. I love Marcus and Abigail and their story. It is wonderfully written. Sad parts, happy parts, yummy parts. This is a story about forgiveness a lot.. but also love. The ending though.. oh man... I can't wait for part 3.

Absolute classic
I love everything about this film and am more than happy to just watch it over and over again regardless of how many times I have already seen it. I love the slight cheesy-ness that it has and that the characters are quite believable if a little cliqued.

A gem of a classic horror film that I enjoyed more than the first one.

"Let’s start with Love Jones, which is just a classic. One of the first times I saw myself reflected on screen in a way – just a beautiful story, a love story that felt textured and layered and interesting and beautifully shot, with Black people in the lead positions. The music, all of it, just touched a deep place in my soul and was fantastic."

3.5 stars.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first one, when everything was so new and Jessie was learning to love her new family. Everything is more settled down, other than Jessie's love life of course--who should she choose: Tom or Jack? I was pretty equally torn until the half way-ish point and now I am pretty firmly Team Jack.

I enjoyed Big Rock, but I have to be honest - I didn't love it. The plot was so cliche, a "been there, read that" familiarity. In fact, it was so cliche, I had hoped through the first half that Lauren was tricking us into thinking those two best friends would fall in love with each other. Despite the utter predictability, I did enjoy the story.

I love a good old Alice retelling,I also love creepy things, therefore this is absolutely awesome. I was hooked from page 3. I was shocked at first by how graphic and creepy it really was and the path, sorry I mean rabbit hole we were going down but I soon adjusted and loved it. Can't wait to read the second one!

"I love Scarface. First of all, it’s operatic and it’s funny, to me — Scarface is hilarious. It’s got amazing humor in it. I don’t know if everybody really got the humor when it first came out. It’s about the American Dream. I love the fact that it’s like, if they’re not gonna give it to you, you gotta take it. I’ve grown up watching all the gangster movies and that’s really the essence of all of them: if somebody’s not gonna give it to you, you’ve gotta kick the door down. That’s what that movie is really all about. Both of them [De Palma’s and Howard Hawks’ 1932 original] — both of them were about that. So that’s my love for Scarface; that’s the short answer."

If you love Julia Mills' Dragon Guards series, then you really should read this book. This short story tells you how they came to be, how the first person was merged with the first dragon. This is a romantic story, a tale of such deep and meaningful love between two people that nothing can sunder their connection.

With amazingly life-life characters, full of life, action and adventure; this is a novella to be savoured. The Dragon Guards series is simply outstanding, and that is how I would describe Her Love, Her Dragon: The Saga Begins. Simply Outstanding and a must-read for all dragon lovers! Highly recommended.

Hmm

I feel a little let down by this but for me, this author is hit and miss. Some I love, some I don't. This is definitely of the latter. The style was a little strange for me in the first part, like it was told in short before expanding into a fuller story after the first call out of the FBI.

Oh, well, on to another book I go.
