By Meg Anne and Jessica Wayne

Love is the only light Skye Giovanni can find during the darkest moments of her life.

Kidnapped, tortured, and cut-off from everyone she loves, it won't be long before even that bright spark burns out.

Detective Lucas MacConnell is not used to losing.

A master at piecing together the clues others often miss, Lucas is backed into a corner when the Druid manages to trick him. Now he's unsure how to keep going when it feels like he's already lost.

The stakes are higher than ever before, and each moment that passes puts their enemy closer to meeting his goal.

Their lives are the only thing standing in his way.

I have loved this trilogy I’m fast becoming a fan of both these authors! We finally see this foursome get an happy ending! It was hard fought for and fantastic to read I think this is the first book Series I’ve read based around druids and gypsies and I really enjoyed it!

Fighter ( The Prophecy book 2 )
By Jessica Wayne

A plan has been set in motion. With confidence in her magic and the man she loves by her side, Anastasia feels bulletproof. But nothing could be further from the truth. When she and Dakota travel back to Seattle, they find something they never would have expected, and as the blows keep coming, Anastasia learns the harsh reality of what it means to be a Fighter. As her world crumbles around her, Anastasia scrambles to pick up the pieces and fight for those she loves. But the worst is yet to come, because Vincent has a card up his sleeve, and it could change the whole game.

The second book was even better than the first! I love this who concept. The only thing in this one they were all at deaths door at some point I mean Anastasia and Dakota are just yo-yos on deaths finger! But I do really enjoy the world Jessica has built!!

Revolver by The Beatles

"This was the first song where I really enjoyed some of the production stuff in it. I really love different cultures and I’m really into this kind of vibe. I really liked it when I was a kid, I heard it when I was a sixteen-year-old kid, not like four, I was a bit older. “I found all my music through CD’s, even though there were other platforms, I was just really slow. We didn’t have stuff at home like a TV or radio, so I discovered this through a CD because I really liked the cover and that’s why I bought it, an LP actually, so old-fashioned! It was the second LP I ever bought for myself. “The cover was really nice, and I just really liked it. And of course I knew about The Beatles, I knew that they were a big name, and I should listen to them and see if I like them or not. I just really realised that you can play along with things, and that’s when I became a producer.”"

"He started so much. One of the many things I love about Bo Diddley, besides the fact that he created his own instruments with his own effects in them and was one of the first rock & rollers to have women in his band and wore glasses, is that he was a complete original. He's playing blues but it also feels like pop songs to me. Maybe I'm using that term a bit loose but a song like 'I'm a Man' or 'Before You Accuse Me', there's something to them. I feel like it's almost slighting them to call them pop but they're put together in a way that it's not Robert Johnson. There's something new that he's doing here. The fact that he had those shakers and it was such a big part of his sound. We've used that shaker sound and have tried to duplicate it many, many times. You use a little bit of room and you distort it a little bit and that's the Bo Diddley shaker sound. He took a form and made it something else."
