Let me say this book definitely surpassed all my expectations!!
I know we've all been there... that isle of books at the store with the Harlequin titles trying to decide if we want another feel good, know how its gonna end type of story. LET me advise you. This book IS NOT your typical Love Inspired book (of which I will admit to reading ... almost everyone published). I had to do a double check of the page count with this one honestly. Toni Shiloh managed to fit SO much depth of character, layered background, and faith based elements that I was enamored of the book from the beginning and scratching my head wondering how something so marvelous could come out of such a tiny package!
I loved the plot, a true friends-to-lovers/ girl-next-door/ marriage of convenience story that I have.. uhem already reread. I loved Omar's little ones that Toni Shiloh filled with life and love. Plus, I really enjoyed the circumstance that Toni Shiloh put Trinity and Omar into! Great chemistry and awkwardness between the two of them.
Overall, one of my favorite reads ever in terms of modern character development and storyline. A definite 5 star read you DO NOT want to miss!

GREEKING OUT is part of the Destination Daddies series, and now I have a new series to read!
Troy and Apollo meet online through the Cuffd app and strike up a friendship. Troy is a boy who has been badly hurt, and Apollo is a porn star who wants more. With Troy's honesty and Myth of the Day, they become integrated into each other's lives, even though they have an ocean between them. When Troy bravely overcomes his fear of flying and goes to Greece, a very nice surprise awaits him.
I loved this story! From the slow, online friendship, to the meeting, to the constant love and assurance they both show each other. I loved how we were shown how Sean slipped out of Troy's mind under the loving care of Apollo. Told from dual perspectives, you really got a feel for these guys.
This is a sweet and steamy summer story that I thoroughly enjoyed with fantastic descriptions of Greece, enough to make me want to go there immediately. I really hope Collette (or someone else in the Destination Daddies series) gives Jared his HEA.
A low angst, friends-to-lovers story that you really need to read. Loved it.

WILD FIXATION is the second book in the Rebel Rockstars series. This time, it's lead singer Jacob's turn. He has been fixated on Seth, the bodyguard, since their tour with The Ten Hours. Of course, nothing can happen... which you immediately know means something will happen!
This is definitely a case of star-crossed lovers, at least to begin with. They both like each other, but both know they need to be professional. Sometimes though, that isn't enough. I did enjoy the push-and-pull between them both as they tried to do the right thing. The flirting disguised as teasing was fun to read.
I loved the support Jacob had from his friends/bandmates. It was nice to read a book about a band without the usual theatrics and infighting. I want to go back and read Keannen and Tim's story, but I'm also looking forward to Shawn's!!!
The one thing I didn't really understand was the whole Ryan situation. I know it was necessary for Seth and Jacob, but WHY?!?! Given his history, I wanted to know his reasons. Anyway, moving on...
This was a great book that I thoroughly enjoyed and have no hesitation in recommending.

This is definitely a case of star-crossed lovers, at least to begin with. They both like each other, but both know they need to be professional. Sometimes though, that isn't enough. I read Beach Read last year and I did enjoy it but it didn't blow me away, this one, however... WOW! That's all I can say. A book about travel was always going to be right up my street but a slowburn friends to lovers story about travel. I was positively OBSESSED! The relationship between these two characters was so raw and honest and you were truly rooting for them from the very beginning. I related so hard to the character of Poppy too, like way too hard, there were moments when I genuinely thought that Emily Henry had been spying on me with how accurate some of these seemingly random character traits were to my life and I loved exploring the world through her eyes. I also think Alex Nilsen may be the new literary love of my life. I'm just so so so in love with this story and I probably shouldn't be typing this at midnight but that's when you get my most honest thoughts. I just have so much love for this book and I can already see it being one of my favourites of the year!
