"My friend Leila Arab turned me on to them. I love their songs, especially Full Moon (Death Classic) and Guillotine. Intense rapping, lyrics and lush beats. It's all good. They stand out because they're visceral, but also the global, fresh mix of a black English guy and a white Cali drummer and punk and hip-hop. Mostly I don't listen to experimental rap but in between there are gems, the same with all music genres."

"Ratcatcher is full of beautifully observed little moments: the window of golden grass, the hole in the sock (which inspired a moment in my own film, Spa Night), the mouse on the moon, and of course the curtain in the opening shot. As that curtain coil spins, Ramsay conjures a world seen through the eyes of a young boy. This is a filmmaker’s film; Ramsay keeps our eyes and ears fully engaged with cinematic poetry."

Unfortunately I never got around to a review for the best story in the volume, [b:Portal Through Time|293358|Portal Through Time (Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 2, #6)|Alice Henderson|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1173467827s/293358.jpg|284646], which is a solid four-star read.

Recommend either getting the books used or from the library, $10 seems rather pricy for what there is.

If you thought only Disney Pixar can make animated musicals with the power to make you cry as hard as you laugh, then think again. Netflix is here to surprise you! I've always loved animated movies but avoided Over the Moon when it was released last month because I heard it was all about how a young girl deals with grief and ugh, can anyone in 2020 handle their emotions? Because I sure can't. I couldn't stay away forever though and I'm so glad I finally gave it a try. This is such a beautiful movie from its storytelling to its visuals. If this isn't an Oscar contender I will RIOT.
