Jan 6, 2019
fab read
This is the second part in this set but the seventh part in this series by this authjor. These books need to be read in order to fully understand the story between the characters. This book is full of twists and turns, surprises, drama, lies, betrayal and loads of suspense. amazing well written characters just like the first book. This is a short read but the author has packed a lot into the pages. I can't wait to read more in this set and by this author in the future.

amazing emotional read
This is the third book in this series by this author. OMG, I was in tears just reading the prologue. This is an amazing story with plenty of romacne, hot and steamy scenes and heart wrenching moments. The characters were really well written, they had such amazing intense chemistry between them. This book has plenty of tear jerking moments throughout the book, so have the tissues at the ready, you will definitely need them. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future and in this series.

Jan 9, 2019
Love this app
I love how this app as kept me organised in what I watch and finding out new tv shows and saving them for future watching. I love that you can have a discussion about the episodes and how you can rate the episode and the actors/actresses in the shows. I have this and Letterboxd as I don't want to write it all down and forget about it as I usually on my phone so I can keep clicking on it and keep my watching up to date.

This is the first book in this series by this author. Be warned this book has a cliff hanger ending. This is an amazing book from the first page. The characters were amazing and I fell in love with them right from the start. This is a romance read with added mystery and suspense thrown into the mix. I couldn't put this book down till I'd finished it, I was on the edge of my seat till the very end. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

Deborah (162 KP) rated Always a Scoundrel (Notorious Gentlemen, #3) in Books
Dec 21, 2018
This is the third and final book in Enoch's The Notorious Gentlemen series. Overall I really enjoyed this, and if in the second book I thought the villains got off a bit too likely, the villain in the third book is really made to pay for his sins! I did wonder how the hero and heroine were going to get out of the sticky situation, but a very good solution indeed!
All three books had strong characters and good storylines and I do like books in a series where you meet characters and then see their story, and they can still turn up in future books.

David McK (3569 KP) rated Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) in Movies
Dec 31, 2019 (Updated Apr 28, 2020)
The darkest of the original Indiana Jones films, with Indy becoming caught up in recovering the Sankara Stones for an Indian village, in a film that - along with the likes of Gremlins - led to the creation of the PG-13 certificate.
Beating Hearts torn out of chests? Child slavery? Baby serpents slithering out of a dead snake? questionable depiction of Indian cuisine and the goddess Kali? A screeching (future) Mrs Spielberg as the co-star? All here.
On the other hand, there are some rather good set-pieces, such as the mine-cart escape or Indiana on the rope bridge as the cultists close in from either side …

Escape from space
A fresh take on an old story.
A renegade CIA agent, the distant future and a corrupt government.
After being betrayed by his own government and sentenced to 30 years in cryogenic chamber 50 miles outside the earths atmosphere, our Agent is offered a way out...a suicide mission to the space prison and rescue the presidents daughter from a criminal rebellion that have taken control of the prison.
This to me is a 3rd part to kurt Russell's escape from series and I highly recommend it to any fans of them.
Great FX, great story, brilliant acting and some edgey twists.

The Greater Good
Saw VI- im sad that im almost done with the frachise, i would want to rewatch it again sometime soon in the near future. Like i said in prevous reviews- i love the story line, the twist and turns throughtout the story line, the charcters and the endings.
The Plot: With Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) still directing events from beyond the grave, Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) emerges as the heir to the killer's twisted legacy. But as the FBI closes in, Hoffman sets in motion a game that is designed to reveal Jigsaw's grand scheme.
A must watch franchise, if you havent seen it yet.

Veronica Pena (690 KP) rated The Rainmaker (1997) in Movies

As a CJUS major and a future lawyer, this movie made me nerd out. Obviously, Matt Damon is a hottie and the film is worth watching for him alone, but Danny DeVito and Jon Voight too? This cast is phenomenal. The story was so good too! Johnny Whitworth's performance, though short, was super incredible, heartbreaking, and solid. He roped you in so well and just made you feel for him - even though it wasn't that hard.
I could watch this a million times over and even though there were definitely mistakes (the legal ones), it was worth overlooking and still an enjoyable film, no doubt.
