Holy crap, this movie was amazing in IMAX, so you have the chance go see it there. On to the review. From the begin of this movie it was absolutely amazing. The film opens with the paratroops in the the plane getting ready to jump out in France to knock out a radio tower to let the planes know when to make their bombing run. This opening scene was done so well. It made you feel like you were in the plane being shot at and trying to get blown out of the sky. The soldiers getting ready to jump, you could really feel their fear and not wanting to die. It was edge of your seat fun wait to see what was going to happen.

Once they hit the ground the action did not stop, you had Germans shoot at you and explosions and wondering who was going to survive. This really did start like every other war movies, except for some reason I felt more invested the characters and not knowing what was going to happen. Once they arrived to the small town to take out the radio tower you just knew something strange was going on. There was a curfew and if you were out after dark you got taken to the church.

Now this was a really good plot about the Nazis and the crazy science experiments that Hitler was known for working on during the war. Now Nazi-zombies aren't necessarily new but I was a good take. This movie really had the feel of the video game Wolfenstein which was really cool.

Overall the action and scare factor was there on display, props to the crew for making this a great movie. If you are a fan of war and horror and not know what is going to happen. Get out there and enjoy the show.

Remove the Love Story and You've Got a Classic
When the new Cleveland Indians owner puts together a group of losers so the team will lose on purpose, the team bands together to try and exceed expectations.

Acting: 8
I’ve seen these actors in a number of different movies and I’m pretty sure all of them would agree that they’ve had better performances. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not horrid but no one is winning an Oscar here. My particular favorite was Bob Uecker playing the role of baseball analyst Harry Doyle. He makes every single game even more hilarious than what it already is with his random quips and jabs.

Beginning: 5

Characters: 10

Cinematography/Visuals: 7

Conflict: 8

Entertainment Value: 9
Despite the god-awful love story they try and incite, the movie shines the most when the players are actually on the field. The games are beyond entertaining as they add the most pop to the comedy. The team is definitely one you can get behind so it’s fun to watch them rise up the ranks and defy the evil owner.

Memorability: 6

Pace: 4

Plot: 8
The concept is fun and unique. I just wish they would have done away with the ridiculous love story. It really puts a damper on what the movie is trying to accomplish which is show a group of losers finally get their chance to be on top. The movie suffers slightly from trying to do too much when less should be more.

Resolution: 7
Great ending…dampered by the love story. Seriously, get rid of that and the movie would be phenomenal, a solid classic. Besides that, I enjoyed everything there was to love about the movie’s resolution.

Overall: 72
Major League is good, although I wanted to love it a lot more. It shines in certain moments while falling short in others. It’s quality is enough to give it at least one solid go-around.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime is a 2018 anime series animated by 8-Bit with the light novel written by Fuse. It was directed by Yasuhito Kikuchi, with Atsushi Nakayama as assistant director. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handled music composition with Ryouma Ebata designing the characters and Takahiro Kishida providing monster designs. The series was Simulcast by both Crunchyroll and Funimation.

Minami Satoru was a 37-year old manga loving, corporate worker until one day his life ended in tragedy. While meeting up with a friend for dinner, he sees a man with a knife run up and shoves his friend out of the way, but is fatally injured and dies. When Satoru regains consciousness, he discovers he has been reborn as a "slime", a famously weak character from video games and now in a different world. Blind, deaf, and weak, things are pretty grim initially but he finds he has some new abilities which he uses to gain both friends and enemies in a whole new world.

This anime is pretty cool. It's an "isekai" anime which means it's set in a different world; and is also a genre of anime that I enjoy. It has a fantasy element too and a variety of different races of characters. This series has quite a bit of "fan service" so it might not be for everyone. Also the main character is pretty "op" (over-powered), so you might not find it as compelling as other anime. I felt that they were able to make the conflict that arises work very well with the storyline and with the introduction of new characters. One thing that I didn't think I was going to like, was how he has abilities similar to a character in a video game and learns more over the series. This wound up being really cool in the way they show him use it and develop his abilities as he uses them against enemies. I really liked the animation and designs of the characters and monsters too.
