Revelations ( The Nephilim series book 1)
By A.P. Foote

Imagine a world where everyone lives in peace. Supernaturals aren’t real and the only thing you have to fear are humans. Got that? Okay. Now, forget all of it, because that’s not my world.
Moving from Plant City, Florida to Seattle, Washington was supposed to be my do-over. No reminders of the pain and no supernaturals. But I was very, very wrong. The angels disappeared long ago--so we thought--but vampires, demons, warlocks, shifters…you name it, they’re all over the place. They control this town and everything in it. Four of them even claim I am their destined mate. The worst part? The demon, Azazel, wants me. And not in the best way.
I’ve just discovered I’m Lucifer’s daughter as well as the most powerful Nephilim on the planet. But that doesn’t stop Azazel. He wants my soul and will do anything to have it.
With the help of my mates and a few unexpected friends I’ve picked up along the way, we will eliminate the threat while making a statement to anyone else who tries to disrupt order on this plane or any other. Easy, right?

This was exactly what I wanted I love anything written around the angels and demons scene also throw the geek or Roman gods in too! This was fast paced and kept you engrossed! A new author for me and I really enjoyed this book!

Ares is mine ( Gods and Monsters book 3)
By Mila Young

I'm a Hero. Created to fight Chaos. Sworn to act as Zeus' spear to avenge Olympus.

And I need to fight harder.

When death comes for those I love, I fight. And despite the radiant love of Apollo and the swelling love of Poseidon, I must find room to embrace war. That means getting close to Ares.

To win a war you need allies you can trust and who trust each other. Apollo, Poseidon, and Ares don't see eye to eye at the best of times. Throw my deepening love for each of them into the mix and it seems impossible. I need to convince all of them we're on the same side, and war makes for strange bedfellows.
Then there's Hades. He might be the key to our success, or the trigger for our doom. But he triggers the best and worst in me, and I can't help but melt into his darkness.

Can a brooding vicious war god help me to fight this war across multiple fronts. Can the god of war even show love? Ares is Mine.

Elyse is back!! Kick I king ass and we got some double God action gotta say kinda hot!! I love these books can’t believe Hades is the last one and I’m hoping he gets some love he’s my favourite misunderstood God! By the way Zeus sucks!!!

This book is truly stunning! I absolutely adored the artwork. This book tells us about humans, that there are so many different types of humans depending on the area people lived throughout the centuries. This book explains different civilisations from all over the world. It tells the reader how these civilisations influenced the modern world, what they created and how they lived in that particular time and place. The reader is also able to learn about famous people from that civilisation or the names of the Gods they worshipped.

The information is very easy to digest, and it is not overbearing with writing. I have been taught a very limited amount at school about ancient civilisations, that is why I really liked the opportunity to learn more from this book, even though I am an adult. I love how this book is designed. It is pretty big, and the pages are made out of thick card paper, so I am pretty sure, that this book will last quite a long time. 🙂

So, to conclude, if your little one likes history, and is curious to learn more about humans from different times and places, this book is perfect! The illustrations are absolutely fabulous, and I know my nephews will like it. I hope you will give this book a go, and like me, will be able not only to teach the young ones but will learn something new yourself.

Before I start, just wanna point out that because of this show, to me every bad thing is now diabolical and said like karl urban...

Season 1 has come and gone and what a season it was, Karl Urban plays a badass anti hero-loving crusader of sorts whose probably in need of some anger management who reunites with his old team who seemingly left their friendship a little salty to say the least.

After managing to capture a "Hero" and a member of the 7 (team of hero's), butcher (urban) is after answers as to what happened to his missing wife 8 year's ago after she was sexually assaulted by another hero and the leader of the 7!
Things take a humorous, dark and violent twist with every move.
In a world where Superheroes are often as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and sometimes even as revered as gods. But that's when they're using their powers for good. What happens when the heroes go rogue and start abusing their powers? When it's the powerless against the super powerful, the Boys head out on a heroic quest to expose the truth about the Seven and Vought, the multibillion-dollar conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets.

Based on the comic book series of the same name

I know some parents might be seeking an excellent book for their children. Are you seeking a way to identify Gods story to little one? Well this book, God Gave Us the Bible as a few favorite stories. It a good one and well done.

The stories are brief but mean full. They may allow the children asking some questions about the bible or the meaning of the story. This book retains characters that display this though animals with a Mama bear and a few forest animal kids. I like this concept and could understand it. The stories are not in depth of the Bible, but it gives the children or animal kids in the book to ask about a b meaning of a word or prase. Mama explains them try to provide them an answer that they would understand.

The pictures are effectively put together. I enjoy looking them, and they did tell the story. I was able to read this book in one sitting. I had to take a break when I was going an appointment. I finished the same day as I started it. If I did not have to go any where and launched this at home, I would completed reading it in one sitting.

This book does teach you some lessons and the story of Christ though the eyes of little cubs. Parents should think to put this on their bookshelves for their children or grandchildren. Good for children of juvenile readers.
