Love To Hate, Hate to Love
Grumpy Old Men- is a classic. It mixes comedy, drama and romanic. Both Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau are excellent in it, a dynamic duo.
The plot: John Gustafson (Jack Lemmon) and Max Goldman (Walter Matthau) are two curmudgeonly neighbors who have been at each other's throats for years. The rivalry of the former friends intensifies when Ariel (Ann-Margret) comes along and provides a love interest for both of them. When Max finds out that John is experiencing family troubles and financial ruin, however, he steps in to help. Their bond is further cemented when John has a health scare and Max makes the ultimate sacrifice for his friend.
This was the sixth film starring both Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, and their first pairing since 1981's Buddy Buddy.
Its a excellent movie.

A fun movie not to be taken seriously
WoW! What a massive amount of hate for this comedy on here. That's just crazy to me, I mean I didn't love this movie but I didn't hate it either. All the characters are charming, dumb, but charming none the less. The overall story isn't that good but it does get the job done. Its a move about equality, not empowerment so don't get that twisted because in my opinion the trailers certainly did. At the end, of course, she finds out more about herself and not men. It's about figuring ourselves out our strengths our flaws and working on them. So, in conclusion, I thought this was a good film with a positive message and plus I'm always at least going to rate any Taraji lead movie a 5 cause shes just great no matter what.

Wow ... what an exciting and thrilling read that was and is the best book I have read this year so far!
I haven't read anything by this author before but if this anything to go by, I won't be making that mistake again! Even though this is the second in the series, I don't think it mattered that much and certainly didn't detract from my enjoyment of this thrilling book.
Force of Hate has everything you would want in a gritty, police procedural ... excellent characters, perfect setting, brilliant writing, exciting, thrilling and gripping plot covering realistic and disturbing topics resulting in a tension filled read from the start.
Highly recommended and I very much look forward to reading the next in the series and I must thank Allison & Busby and NetGalley for enabling me to read and share my thoughts of Force of Hate.

Comic to movie
A demon that is brought to life and then rescued from one the groups we love to hate (the Nazis) then trained with other mystical creatures to come fight the forces of darkness. Yeah it was good. It followed the comic pretty well as far as I can tell. Filled with action and good story line. Hellboy is a fun flick to watch if you like comics.

Gut wrenching build-up, jaw dropping twist
You'll hate the protagonist. He's an arrogant womanizer and a spineless twit. But does he deserve to be punished for it?
That's the question you'll ask yourself throughout. While I hardly empathised with his plight, the climax is a slap around the face. And the conclusion is equally unusual. Expect to cringe throughout but hold on right to the end - it's worth it.

I've been watching this show for years now and istill love it. As much as i hate how many of the characters have been killed off i still love the show. It makes me somewhat sad knowing it might not be on for much longer but i shall continue to watch it until it isn't on anymore
Ashley Catron (66 KP) rated The Master Undone (Inside Out, #3.3) in Books
Mar 14, 2018
"Master Undone", by the amazing Lisa Renee Jones, leaves the reader feeling undone as well. You as the reader finally get a look into Mark's head, if only for a moment, and it makes you crave more from him. Mark is the guy everyone loves to hate, but in this novella, you find yourself finally being able to relate to him a little bit and see why he craves control.
