It is fun and frantic, with a modern twist to the story that I adored. I thought the comedy aspects were brilliant, and the actors knocked it out of the park.
If you're looking for the movie equivalent of War and Peace then you will be disappointed. However, if you are after a fun, family movie that will make you smile and laugh then I can absolutely recommend it.
This is a Marmite Film. You will either love it or hate it. As for us, we loved it!

Neil Gaiman's writing style is on point in this book, it draws you right into the story. Gaiman makes you fall in love with the protagonists, and passionately hate the antagonists. He makes you question the loyalty of certain characters, and trust the ones you should have been questioning all along. Gaiman makes you feel like you are right there in London below with them.
This whole book is fantastic, the concept, the characters, the writing, the beginning; the middle; and the end. It's one of those books you never want to end, never want to put down, and could read over and over again.

I was absolutely enthralled. The "wide-eyed innocence" of Gal Godot when she ventured out into the wider world could have been so overdone, but I thought she played it perfectly. Her character was one you could sympathise with and care for - so much so, I may have even shed a tear or two for her, which was something I certainly didn't expect (I kind of wanted to hate her because I expected the film to be so rubbish!).
It's definitely a film I'd happily watch again. I think I enjoyed it more than my daughter or husband!!

Firstmost I hate rap music so this was not for me. The dancing was fun but that's all there was.
I could not explain the plot to you, I didn't get it. Vanilla Ice's character was not likeable 1 bit and the other characters felt as bad. I don't even remember any of the characters names. However I do feel the female lead did the best with what she was given. The writing was pretty horrible.
Completely forgettable, wouldn't watch again. If your going to watch it for a laugh, have a few drinks with some friends.
