DNF at 37%
I didn't like the style of writing; it just didn't have an easy flow and was just plain odd. As was the story. After probably the fourth chapter I was thinking, "What the hell is going on?!" but continued to read thinking it might pick up and I'd understand it a little more. But nope, after the eighth chapter I just started scanning bits and the plot turned even weirder so I just decided to DNF because I had no idea what the hell was going on and the writing style didn't gel with me at all.
One hell of a strange story.

I played the hell out of this game on my original Game Boy. It's a simple game to learn, and completely entertaining. It's a great, classic game.
