Rolling Stone's 469th greatest album of all time (2020)
Good soft reggae/latino folk album. I could see myself nodding my head to this in a beach bar on a summer holiday, and have even recommended it to my parents, this seems right up their street.

When the town drunk gets murdered, it distracts from Jake's holiday with her family. The characters are shallow and the writing style was distracting on this one.

Rolling Stone's 496th greatest album of all time (2020)
Great latin pop album. At times like Sheryl Crow, at others like Britney this was quite an enjoyable listen. Really made me long for a sunny holiday: listening to Spanish pop on the bus to and from the airport.

This book is so easy to read and so enjoyable! I read it in one sitting whilst lazing by the pool on holiday. Such a great book! The characters are so great. I would definitely recommend! I can't wait to see the film - hopefully it's as good as the book :)

Great holiday read!
This book is perfect if you're trying to get into crime novels, but aren't ready to have your head completely stir fried! It's simply written and an overall great read! I did predict the ending, however i still enjoyed the ending as all loose ends were fully tied!

My I love this. It really keeps the holiday spirt a live. It is centered around Christmas season. Something happen about dozen years that though both Gordon and Margret. I love this book because it bring in the historical fiction with a romance that blooms though out the book.
The Campbell's do not realize that they hold a grudge towards someone. There son is hiding something as well about this injury. Though it all things get cleared up and worked though since there train was abandon because of snow and something else.
If you enjoy historical fiction or looking for one during the holiday season. This one is quite a pick and you get two in one with one.

Who doesn't get fed up with the relatives sometimes?
In my top 3 Christmas movies of all time.
This time, the vacation comes to the Griswolds as the relatives come by for a helping of holiday cheer as Clark decides to makes his home a Christmas light spectacle while waiting for his Christmas bonus.
I think it resonates because we have all had those trying times with the family or the one relative you wish you could tell off or not have to sit next to.
The witty banter among the family as well as Chevy Chase's impeccable dry wit makes the film a venerable holiday classic for sure.
