I absolutely adored this book. I wanted to read it every minute of the day so couldn't wait for my train rides home from work to sit down and get to read what happens next.
Loved the way it was set out, made the book 10 times more interesting to read and really gave it that certain uniqueness to make the book excellent.

I felt as though the plot almost faltered in the middle, it seems some pieces of the story were left to dangle in mid air, but everything became resolved in the shock ending.

I hope Edgar Cantero has plenty more excellent books like this to come!

Perfectly Human
Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful showcase of how our decisions shape our lives, and how hope and acceptance can make all the difference.

When I read My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry, it was an instant favorite.

I read this because I enjoyed that book so much, but I didn’t expect at all for this book to become a favorite as well. At this point, I’d read the author’s grocery lists if he publishes them. His books give me exactly the feelings I look for from a book, where you can curl up and lose yourself in the emotion.

I completely recommend it.

Noelle Winters does a good job creating a sense of suspense in [Remember Me]. The plot centers around Katy who's daughter was kidnapped three years ago. Suddenly the case is refreshed by a picture of her daughter being sent to her. The FBI sends Alex to liason with local law enforcement and the family on this case that her father originally worked. These two broken women find friendship and hope within each other.

The plot of this takes some unexpected twists. The romance is there but not the main focus. It was a really quick read with developed characters and a very steady pace.

Back in Time
Girl: "OMG, hey!! I haven't seen you for so long"

Me: "Hi, I know its been a while"

Girl: "You look so different! You weren't like this before, you've changed..."

This is a conversation I have so many times with old school friends, family members who haven't seen me for a while or general passers-by that like to give me their opinions. I always find that statement odd "you've changed". Like I should remain the same two-dimensional person my entire life. When people tell me I've changed, I usually reply with "I hope so!"

A Train Wreck
I think its important to mention that this is one of my favorite book series. If I hadn't had already read the books before seeing this movie maybe I would have thought it was a little better. Probably not but you never know. As someone who loves the book series I have to say this is absolutely one of the worst movie adaptations I have ever seen. The story line was off, the characters were completely different, and at some points it was so bad it was laughable. My biggest hope for this series is that eventually a studio will pick it up and actually do it justice.

Hits you right in the feels
So many people have seen this and I'm sure theres lots of different views on this so don't judge me. I'm not a girly girl by any means but wow this film makes me cry EVERY. BLUMMIN. TIME. Some bits you can see coming but the ending is something that I still hope will change (LOL). Sam Claflin and Amelia Clarke are just such amazing Actors i cannot imagine anyone else being about to play the characters as perfectly as they do.
A good tear jerker, it's so sweet, you can forgive the crying.

The Kiss
Sleeping Beauty- Filled with jealousy, the evil witch Maleficent (Eleanor Audley) curses Princess Aurora (Mary Costa) to die on her 16th birthday. Thanks to Aurora's guardian fairies (Verna Felton, Barbara Jo Allen, Barbara Luddy), she only falls into a deep sleep that can be ended with a kiss from her betrothed, Prince Phillip (Bill Shirley). To prevent Phillip from rescuing Aurora, Maleficent kidnaps and imprisons him. The good fairies are the last hope to free Phillip so that he can awaken Aurora.

So i did watch Maleficent and its sequel and i liked them, their were different, a different take on the oringal movie.

Sleeping Beauty is a classic.

I received this copy of Romanov from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I requested this book fairly certain I knew how it was going to go but I'm a sucker for all things Romanov, so cool beans!
I was wrong.
This book was beautifully written and the mixture of heartbreak and joy while the Romanovs were in exile was written so well.
They had their faith and each other so things couldn't be that bad, right?
Yes, this is a tragedy. It is also a hope (if that makes sense) and absolutely a celebration of life in the face of extreme despair.

This had me gripped from the very first sentence to the very last. I am currently researching P.T.S.D. in order to write a theatre production. Brian had, and still has, a lot of emotions that didn't always make sense and that is a natural reaction given the sights he had witnessed.
When he stands in a queue and contemplates killing those around him due to their lousy life worries was very tense in reading but very understandable. He has been reassured that he isn't crazy and that he doesn't have P>T>S>D and I hope that gave him peace mentally and physically. Excellent book!
