Game of Thrones Series - Song of Ice and Fire

Great series! I read them all and want more!! Even with the TV show by HBO surpassing the whole series of novels, the books are great! I love the series and this is by far my second try at Fantasy. After Lord of the Rings series I wanted to try these since the Show was so awesome. The books help with the storylines especially knowing who's who in the game of thrones that they play. With the books you are able to understand the characters background and their back stories. I highly recommend the Game of Thrones for more "meat" on thee bones!

Mice and Mystics is a phenomenal dungeon based board game which has an awesome story to help drive game play. The fighting mechanism is all down the roll of the dice with opportunity for the attacks to also be blocked by the roll of the dice. You get a chance to search for special equipment as well to help your missions. If you want a game that is going to keep you occupied for hours and can be played between 1 and 4 people it is one that needs to be purchased. This will not let you down in any way.

A short while ago (my book read before last) I wrote a review of James Rollin's novel 'Altar of Eden'. In it, I stated that I found Rollins to be a bit hit and miss, with that particular novel falling somewhere between the two camps. If that was the case, then 'Ice Hunt' also belongs alongside 'Altar of Eden': alongside, but closer to the 'hit' side of things than to the 'miss'.

A bit predictable in parts, this one maintains a faster pace right from the off than the previously mentioned novel. I also read another review on GR that states that this is a pre Sigma novel: if that is the case, it is easy to see the influences this one has on those later(?) works.
