Very informative about a gender fluid teen and the daily struggles. (0 more)
No problems that I noticed (0 more)
Adorable! Highly recommend!!
Very well written, and is great to show people the gender fluid/ non-gender side of LGBT. ? it shows struggles and how they deal with it. Also there isn't a romance here, which most LGBT do have some kind of romance plot, but this book doesn't. Which is great for those who don't want mushy stuff or romance. ??? VERY highly recommend!!!

Insight into the gold rush (0 more)
Having found this randomly, I wasn't sure what it would be like, but wasn't disappointed, although I didn't warm to many of the guys involved and found them quite selfish and not overly pleasant but it helped to show how difficult it could be to make the journey back during the gold rush and what months as a group could be like.

It was a relively easy and informative 4 episode watch, through some amazing scenery....

Glad I read this. The author provides an entertaining and informative look at what went on behind the scenes in the many, many months leading up to the 2012 Presidential election. It is fascinating to learn exactly what the candidates and their advisers were thinking when they decided to take various actions throughout the campaign. It is also impressive that there is little, if any, bias apparent throughout. This is a must read for anyone that follows politics at all.

Inspiring, informative and easy to follow.
Christopher doesn't hold any punches, he gets right down to it with step by step instructions for each part of the process making it sound very easy to do. You would have thought that more people would do it. He doesn't however go into the fiction genre, he just goes through information books but the publishing process would still be the same.
Anybody even remotely interested in self publishing should read this book and follow its steps.

This was a very informative and detailed read. Before Hidden Figures the movie came out, I didn't know this was a book and more importantly, I didn't know about these women and their contributions to NASA and the space program. It's truly amazing what they were able to figure out with their minds. This is a book that everyone should read so they can see the ways in which African-Americans contribute to something as important as getting a man in space and then safely back home.

Very interesting read. Well written and very informative. I absolutely love fairies which is what drew me to request this book......and I was not disappointed. This book has definitions, poems and a serious look at the folkloreand mythology of fairies. Some of the things covered in this book are Fairyland, Basic Facts about Fairies, The Courts and Divisions in Fairy, Fairies in Tradition, Mortal Interactions and Fairies in the Modern World. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Netgalley.

It’s like listening to two people you’re friends with talking about something you’re all interested in. They’re so funny. (0 more)
My first podcast
I’m only up to the 12th episode, and fell in love with it upon first listening to it. They may not always know all the details but they’re very informative and try to lighten the mood when things get too dark (such as cannibalism) so maybe we won’t go off and have nightmares. It’ll take a while but I plan on listening to every episode.

Really informative and insightful at first, laugh out loud funny and crazy later. (0 more)
I think Greenaway was serious. He might have had a stroke. No one would know. (0 more)
So insightful, so insane
This thing dives deep into bananas, and then keeps swimming downwards, until it finds a trench of crazy to swim right into and explore exhaustively.

A list of my favorite things:

-The urgency with which he is trying to solve a hundreds year old murder

-The floating head depositions

-"31 mysteries PLUS ONE"

-"...and a dog"

-"It might not be what you oughtn't to think it is not." And other such sentences.

-The fact that he sprinkles in actual, good points- and then promptly goes back to being bonkers

-"Only the dead..."

-"...saying that he is, in fact...satan's shorty?"

-"a midget transexual prostitute"

-The frantic graphics

Among other gems. So good at being both informative and just... I don't even know.
So many drinking games to be had.
Always watch with someone else, the "did that just happen? did he just really say that?" will be distracting otherwise.

Highly recommend, but it is really hard to find.

Informative but far too long
Listened on Audible.
While I loved the concept of raising awareness for dementia sufferers and how frustrating it can be to lose oneself, listening to this gave me a bit of a headache as it was far too long. This is definitely better as a book and not for Audible - you lose track of the Maud's meandering. And while it is based on the tragic circumstances of her sister's disappearance - I actually ended up losing focus over who she was actually talking about after a while. A good effort.

I learned a lot about the Obama's from this book. I think the book is an inspiration to anyone who has big dreams...if you set your mind to it, you can do it. The author could have left out some things to focus more on the relationship. The story of their wedding was a page...I would have liked to know more about those days and the birth not their children as opposed to so much involving just the political aspect. Overall I enjoyed the book...although more informative than enjoyable.
