fantastic read
OMG what a fantastic book, I love this series, each book was as gripping as the last. Very sad to see this series end but it ended in a fantastic way. This book is full of suspense and intrigue as well as continuing the amazing love story of the characters. I can't wait to read more from this amazing author in the future.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book

I was really disappointed when I realized where the plot was going - Christ's bones? Come on, Reichs. But she did a very good job with the plot, giving the reader plenty of intrigue without ever getting into any mystical nonsense. I found the references to The Da Vinci Code highly amusing (there may have been some that I missed, but I haven't read the book, and I was only half-way paying attention when I saw the movie).

This had been sitting in my Kindle library for a wee while ... and it's probably a good thing as i wanna know more NOW and I can go get PWNED and (fingers crossed) wont be long till the 3rd book is out

Having known the writers earlier projects on xbox etc I knew what to expect from her style of writing ... believable characters, with plenty of humour and intrigue

loving your work Christa ... GIMME MORE :D

I wasn't sure what to expect going into this book and after the shocking start I thought it looked set to settle into a fantasy setting teen drama (yawn.) However, it suddenly turned on the intrigue level and became a lot more cloak and dagger plotting and less who kissed who.

For the first book in a series (trilogy?) this ended in a satisfying place but leaving me with plenty of desire to pick up the next book
