Love in the crosshairs. Power on the throne. Poison in the shadows.

Step into the dangerous world of 17th-century Rome with The Cameo Keeper (Tofana #4) by Deborah Swift. This compelling Guest Post explores modern parallels—how power, faith, and politics still collide today just as they did in Giulia Tofana’s time.

A riveting blend of history, intrigue, and deadly secrets.

I re-read this book so I could enjoy it with my son. I almost wish i had read it before handing it to him, but I have no regrets. He's 9 and this will be a great introduction into the world of Stephen King books without pushing past what is appropriate for a child his age. I listened on Audible and it was about 10.5 hours long with a wonderful narrator. Absolutely recommend this book for almost anyone who enjoys books with intrigue and fantasy aspects.
