Superb read! Well written, with a great plot and characters. I was engrossed from start to finish. This book has action, suspense, intrigue, and tension. Theo is the rightful Queen of Astrea and she is willing to do anything to take it back. Theo is gritty, clever, determined, ready to do whatever to help her friends and her people. There are several twists and turns, and the ending is amazing. Blaise, Soren, Cress, Artemesia, Heron I fell in love with all of them. I cannot wait for the second book in the series! fantastic series
This is the complete series of books in this set, I loved having all the books together. This is a dark romance story, which will have you reading long into the night. This book is packed with very violent themes such as murder, intrigue and betrayal. This is a fast paced series of books, each one sucking you into the story more and more. Amazing well written story with exceptional characters. This story has it all romance, heartbreak, suspense, tragedy and betrayal. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

This is the first book in this series by this author. What an amazing start, you are sucked into the story from the first page. This is definitely an intense read, which will keep you reading long into the night. Exceptional characters which have amazing intense chemistry between them. This story had drama, intrigue, suspense and lots of hot and steamy scenes. This book ends on a cliff hanger. I can't wait to read in this series and by this amazing author in the future.

I really thought I'd like this as it's about three things I like to read about; m/m romance, paranormal and mystery/intrigue, but unfortunately I found the story really slow going and very information based with very little relationship progression. That might have been because Roan and Paris were a couple from the start and because I didn't get to see it form and flourish I felt a little cheated.

I lost interest in it quite early on but continued to read hoping it would get better but unfortunately for me, it didn't so I'm finally giving it up. Not to my liking.
