A Casual Smash
I admit that I had this book and put off reading it because I was under the mistaken idea it was like her other books.

I couldn't believe how much I loved it once I got into its. Full of gritty, believable language and you really get drawn into this provincial town and the people in it.

It's been some months since I read this so I can't recall the finer details but, without spoiling anything I did cry at the end.

Elegant, rich language, plot filled with twists
The entire premise of this novel surrounds the enigmatic Richard Smith who has turned up in New York in the 1700s with £1,000, a huge sum at the time. The prose is elegant and rich, reminiscent of classic period dramas written by Edith Wharton, but mixes the plot of the Taming Of The Shrew with "The Guest" by Satyajit Ray. The ending is poignant when we discover his true purpose of the money and there are literally hundreds of twists throughout the novel. Beautifully written.

With beautiful illustrations and interesting subject matter, this book is a win-win with curious children. and although it is quite short, it fills a child with wonder and lets them take in what they want before progressing to more challenging reading material. With appropriate technical language used, this book would be good in a school library and would work well for project work as well as curious individuals.
I am reviewing this book for Luann Columbo, Quarto Publishing, and NetGalley who gave me a copy of their book for an honest review.

This is the second novel in the "The Lawyer To The Doms" series. It was a short erotica book, and I couldn't get enough. I wish I got to know more about the characters and I was hoping the story would of been longer and with more depth. I'd read work by this author again, too. This book is definitely NOT fluffy, so I recommend it for the people who want to read a short naughty erotic book and are not afraid of rough language and BDSM scenes.

Very easy to use
I used this a while back and it was so fun and easy to use. I took French in high school so the beginning courses were to brush up but as it got harder it was easy to follow along and I didn't get frustrated or confused. I downloaded it onto my daughter's iPod and she uses it from time to time when she is bored and I love hearing her tell me what certain words mean in Spanish, which is the language she chose to learn.

Serial killers, psychos, and two friends from Utah who talk about true crime while using dark humour and foul language. They also tell true stories sent in by listeners and advocate for victims of domestic abuse in all forms.
The full episodes these days are interspersed with minisodes (Sosodes) that include bloopers, squirrel hunts, random tangents, and additional hilarity.
If you have tender sensibilities, definitely do not listen. Otherwise, get ready to have your feelings f***ed, and stay out of chalklines!

What can I say about this incredible tv show.Based on the comic book series this series does not hold back on the violence and language (dont think I've ever seen the C word used so much in a TV show) and other extreme stuff that you would never associate with superheroes.

I wont give much away because people may still be watching it or havent started it yet but it's one hell of show that everybody needs to see.

Hmmm....
This was not the book for me unfortunately. I found the main character Flavia very unbelievable. She was wise beyond her years and seemed to flirt with older men at the age of 12. I felt like this tried to mirror some of Arthur Conan Doyle's writing but just really missed the mark (for me). The plot was quite obvious aswell. Surprised that it has some considerable accolades.

(Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews)
