fantastic start to this series
This is the first book in this series by this author. This author has managed to bring two exceptional characters to lie in this book. You will find yourself lost within the pages as you read. This is a story about sex, lies and lingerie but there is also a love story as well. This book ends in a cliff hanger ending and leaves you wanting more. I can't wait to read more from this author and in this series in the future.

Highly recommended start to the series

The Lies are Pretty Big..
At the recommendation of a friend, I dug into this book right away. I really enjoyed the characters and I kept waiting for the surprise that was promised. Having read some of this author's other books, it did not take me long to figure out how the characters came together. I really enjoyed the story and would recommend this to anyone who wanted to get swept away in the story based on a PTA like group. Their original purpose was to improve the school, but the mothers become mafia-like in their power moves

Best friends are there for each other through thick and thin. You trust them with your life. At least that's what Emma, Daisy, Leanne and Al think. But all that changes when they embark on a trip of a lifetime together. When they return home, only two of them are left alive and the group has been torn apart by lies and deception. Many years later, when the dust has settled and life has moved on, one girl receives a threatening letter. Someone knows the truth about what happened on that holiday and will stop at nothing to expose it.

I am about a quarter way through this amazing book and so far have found that it gives the reader an informative insight into what lies beneath our feet as we walk the streets of London or in some cases as we travel the train lines.

Having now finished Catharine Arnold's book I would say the book is well written and contains an informative history of how London buried their dead but not only this it also shows how death has been dealt with throughout the ages, anyone with a interest in social history , architecture or the history of cemeteries will definitely find this book appealing.

The second in a kid's mystery series that combines steampunk and Sherlock Holmes. Griffin and his uncle have raced home to see what has happened to his parents only to almost be killed as soon as they've arrived. Why? The answer lies back in London and may lead to the end of the world as we know it. I was enjoy this book despite some over writing until I hit the climax which was a cheap way to end things. Not a bad book, but a disappointing finish.
