Decent Rom-com
A likable and enjoyable British Rom-com featuring a good cast. Quite lighthearted but funny film as a girl working the ski season tries to impress a boy. Nothing original but the ski setting and British humour rise this above average. A decent alternative film for the festive season.

Far too lighthearted & frilly
Considering this is centred around the German occupation of Guernsey and deals with details of prison/work camps, it's far too lighthearted a read.
It takes serious topics and although parts of the book do highlight the serious and disturbing topics of the war, it sandwiches them in between massive sections of saccharine sweet fluffy happiness. Its a bit much. Juliet and her friends are fairly endearing characters for the most part (except for the aforementioned fluffiness), and I did enjoy the way the book is written entirely in letters. Its just a shame it doesn't concentrate more on taking the story a little more seriously.
Although I haven't seen the film yet, I'd be surprised if it isn't slightly better than the book. And it's not often I say this!

Wonderful Show
I love the show. I think the casting was so well done. Melissa Benoit is a great Supergirl and Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers is absolutely phenomenal! I love that the show has the potential to teach so much while still being fun and lighthearted. I love the relationships between the characters, especially the Danvers sisters.

So bad it was kinda good.
This was a spoof on dracula films and it was so bad I actually really liked it, it was lighthearted, amusing and a bit slapstick.
Definitely one to watch with a bit of alcohol in the system lol, doesnt require brain power to follow the storyline.

LUIGI'S MANSION 3
I absolutely loved Luigi's Mansion 3 ! The puzzles were extremely creative and fun to solve, the story is uniquely imaginative, there is an abundance of hilariously funny humor throughout the game, and the difficulty was at a medium level which kept me from getting frustrated or stuck.
Overall, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a pleasingly lighthearted and cleverly charming addition to my Nintendo Switch games.

A lovely, lighthearted and easy read that had me itching to find out more.
It kept me entertained and wanting to continue flicking through the pages.
You were given the impression that the main character was a bit of a drip to start with but boy did she develop. She became a very inspiring character and a great icon that women young and old can draw motivation from.

Given the overall tone of the current DCEU in film, this was surprisingly lighthearted and fun fair. Zach was a perfect fit to play the titular character. The story was well done and the CGI were about what you would expect out of Warner Brothers. Gaping door was left wide open for a continuation. Honestly, I'll go see it in the theater if they do decide to make that happen.

Lighthearted story telling
I love this podcast. I have been listening for 5 months now.
I love how each episode is completely different and has it's own theme. Told light-heartedly but very descriptive. Bringing true crime alive in this informative series.
Learn about cold cases, the worlds most cold blooded killers and dive deep into the minds of a psychopath.
Find yourself re-listening and researching real cases.

A decent entry bringing Spiderman into the Marvel universe
A good film with some big action scenes and Michael Keaton does well as the villian. Ties in nicely with the Avengers films but maybe had too many references to them. I still prefer the first Spiderman film (2002) but this a good film overall.
