When will Tennyson and Lucy ever get a chance?! It is actually starting to annoy me now, can they please just get to be happy.

We are starting to get more characters and more of an idea of the big picture of what is happening in the supernatural world and the troubles they must face.

I just hope whatever happens Lucy and Tennyson get a chance to be together and the books keep being as funny and lighthearted in their entertainment.

This is the first novel in the Detective Varg series by McCall Smith. It's lighthearted (as much as a mystery novel can be), and the polar-opposite of nordic noir. The novel is written as a series of short stories, and it was a very quick read. Half of me thinks that this was written purely as a satire of nordic noir, without grisly deaths and violence against women.
I received this book from the Penguin First to Read program (RIP).

This show is very addictive, unusual and fun. I love the witty dialogue and quirky characters.

The story is so unique and lighthearted, with lots of unexpected twists and turns. It’s very unoredictable, but still amusing and entertaining.

The acting is great and I feel that the actors really get into their characters making you feel like you really know their personalities.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed watching this and can’t wait to get stuck into watching season 2!

"This seems to me one of the most delicately melancholy and yet vibrantly beautiful films I’ve ever seen. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating, convoluted and yet transparent. The color, fabrics, and décor make me wish I could relocate into a world of low, heavy light, constricting clothing, and dank, long halls even at the expense of my own happiness. I also have to bring up my other favorite Wong Kar-wai film Chungking Express. It’s just as beautiful, but slightly more lighthearted."

Ahh, Ready to Trust by Tina Radcliffe was such a sweet story! This is my first time reading a book by this author I decided to read her book after hearing so many of my bookish friends rave about her books and let me say I was not disappointed.

From the surprise of finding out you are a father to the learning curve of running a family business, Tina Radcliffe managed to make me feel immersed in the character’s choices and emotions. I enjoyed the character’s conversations with each other and their logical thoughts about the situations presented and the sweet romances that they allowed to happen between them. Add in an adorable sounding daughter, a wayward cow, and a cowhand that makes you smile, and you have a recipe for a fun lighthearted book. I will definitely be going back to read the other book in the A Hearts of Oklahoma Romance series.

The setting of this book is small-town USA, tight community, caring neighbors, family get-together’s, and food. I loved Tina Radcliffe’s description of life on a farm/ ranch and all the work that goes into it. It was a truly warm setting that I loved reading about.

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars for the fun characters, the lighthearted romance, and the sense of community that Tina Radcliffe displayed. A truly enjoyable book with a lighthearted feel that I did not have to concentrate on while reading.

*I Volunteered to read this book in return for my honest feedback. The thoughts and opinions expressed within are my own.

If you are looking for a lighthearted teen drama then the Greenhouse Academy is for you.

Each episode is only 25 minutes long making it incredibly easy to binge watch (I did two seasons in a day).

The story line can be a bit over the top in places, the special effects and acting can be terrible however I really found it just added to the charm. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can not wait for season 3 to find out who was at the door!!

This film is the best kind. It's funny and lighthearted, the chemistry is great, the plot keeps moving, the cast is phenomenal, what more could you ask for? I think this is definitely one of Anna Kendrick's best roles and Sam Rockwell really stole the show. My favorite character was probably Steve and his gummy bears. He made it even more fun and I love how rational it all feels. Like yeah, she fell for a hitman? What about it?

Definitely a film to keep you laughing.

Good job on villians
Leave it to Marvel Studios and Sony to make the Vulture an actual cool and intimidating villian.
I'm really glad that the 'rehashing the origin story' was not done and, at least by now, people should already know how Spider-Man came to be. I was concerned the coming of age premise would be annoying, but they did a great job and had me immersed into the story quickly.

There were several laugh out loud moments for me, so expect a movie that you can have fun with.

This book is intense. It had me on the verge of panic attacks. I had to put the book down so I could gather my thoughts and my emotions.

This book is very similar to a Wave pool. It is an up and down emotional book. One moment you'll have a smile and the next you'll be breaking down.

I really liked this book but I am numb from this book. It is so intense that I know I will need to read a lighthearted book after this.

For years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. (0 more)
For my all time favorite silver screen movie, Harvey is a mix of beautiful comedy mixed with a good helping of heart. The story follows the lovable Elwood P. Dowd and his best friend, Harvey who never makes a physical appearance on screen but is never-the-less always felt. Stewart puts forth a beautiful and lighthearted (but somehow still touching) performance, the the surrounding cast never disappoints as they move through the film adaptation of this Pulitzer Prize-winning play.
