Not so much science fiction as it is science fantasy, this novel pretty much proves the old matra that you can't judge a cover by it's (in this case, dodgy) cover. Not the best book I've ever read, not even the best by Simon Green, but still worth a look if you like space opera.

A fun, frothy read! There were two glaring errors that I can't understand why they were not picked up! One character is likened to Anne Elliot in Persuasion - I think they mean Elizabeth Elliot, as that was definitely the character the quotations referred to! I'd also like to know more of this King George VII......

While this book may not be the most thrilling, I thought it was a really fun read! Not everyday will like this book as much as I did..
Ellie Kemper comes off as very charming and relatable.
I received a copy of this book from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Jessica is a a sociopathic nutcase and treats Robin like crap to the point where she feels the need to do something. Liz writes an article and the SVH administration DOES NOTHING.
Also, I fuind this cover ridiculously homoerotic, considering Jess and Liz are sisters=p
Still not as porny as #69, though=p

At times, it is easy to forget that everything the light touches has been created by a computer, and for all its visual spectacle and technical merit, the end result is one which feels empty and, like so many of the new Disney remakes, pointless.

It's not as good as the first. Not quite so many laughs, the storyline just wasn't as good. More of a gross out and slapstick comedy than the first. It's just silly a lot of the time, you'll like it depending on your sense of humour. Pity Kelly Brook wasn't in it a bit more!
