I have never given up on a book before. But I found the characters and writing very pretentious. If you haven't read a ton of obscure books, a lot of references will be lost on you as a reader. After 40 pages I personally couldn't take it any more.

The first book seems a little disjointed. I'm sure there's a lot from the TV series that wasn't put in, so it may have made more sense if it had. The story, itself, is fine, but not outstanding, by any means. I think the book had the potential to be better.

Love this app.
I really like this app. I use Amazon a lot to buy stuff I can't find in stores. I use it mostly for books and I can find books that book stores don't carry. I also like getting ebooks from them too. Highly recommend this to anyone.

A Classic Of Children's Literature
I liked this book a lot tbh. The ending was cute, the illustrations were nice, and the writing didn't "talk down" to readers like some picture books do. The only complaint I have is that the pacing felt a little rushed. But maybe that's just me.

I really enjoyed this book a lot. It was a bit of a slow start, but after getting back into it some more, it was really intense and I couldn't put it down until I finished it. I'm excited to see what the last book of the trilogy holds now.

Honestly, this movie blew me away. I was a little surprised by how dark a lot of the story was based solely on the trailer but really enjoyed it nonetheless. Filled with potent and childlike humor that doesnt detract from the storyline. I would recommend watching this (likely more than once).

I was semi-offered a job offer today. The only problem is that it's a lateral move and I wouldn't get a raise... There's also a lot of drama and fighting factions in that division.
Should I take the job without a raise? With the possibility of 10x more drama?

No I'd agree, it really doesn't sound like it would be a good move. Unless you think you've got absolutely no choice & your current position is at risk, it sounds like it may be better to stay put.

So far this has been a very interesting series. I'm especially invested as it happened just down the road to where I currently live. I've done a lot of reading around this series and the case itself is really interesting. Can't wait to see more.

This was a lot better than I thought it would be. The 2 who played Aladdin and Jasmin were perfect for their parts. Both had amazing voices and great acting. It also was visually beautiful. My only negative is I didn't care for Will Smith as genie. Great movie though!
