I enjoy this game. The theme is unique (an who doesn't like wine??). I did find it a bit frustrating that you need to age this to convert it to that, then age it more, to turn it into that other thing... It just seemed like it was a lot of set up and not enough time to execute.

I can't remember much about this but I feel like I read this before I watched the movie and the movie really let me down... I dunno, but I feel like the movie really let me down because the ending felt so different from the book.

I remember enjoying the book quite a lot. A quirky and quick read.

A decent entry to the Pixar garage of films. This did feel aimed a lot more at a younger audience, where their other films have something for all ages. A good voice cast and shiny motors with some impressive animation again. I loved the "Cars" versions of Toy Story, Monsters Inc at the end when the credits roll!

Almost too clear, some might prefer the audience recordings available on archive.com and elsewhere. (1 more)
As mentioned, there are a LOT of great recordings available for free on the net if you don’t want the “official “ release.
Brilliant!
More to come..... for now, go listen on archive!

Slow burner
I read a lot of great reviews about this, but I found it as a very slow burner and I didn't always quite understand what was going on. I felt like I was missing something, the film was certainly missing something. I guess you could say there was an air of unease but that's it.

A pretty good action, SFX driven film. It doesn't have the charm of the original and the action scenes are over a bit quick. It is quite a bit different to the original for a lot of the scenes, although the overall story is quite similar. One to switch your brain off to! Sequel out in 2012!

Better than decent sequel
This one started a bit slow, but reminded me a lot of Evil Dead II. The second half was much better and more gruesome and depraved. Some of the gore effects were really good if you like that type of thing.

Can't wait to watch the next one.

I was slightly disappointed in this book - I think I had way too many high hopes and was a bit let down. I thought each of the MC were slightly annoying - though I do like Tanners friend a lot - The story was great and the concept was cool I just think it fell a bit short for me.

This is one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies. I can quote a lot of this film, and I still find certain lines hilarious. Of course, the plot is ridiculous and predictable, but I don't really find anything wrong with that.
By far, one of the best scenes is the fight with Bob Barker. "The price is wrong, bitch."
