This book was in some places very emotional to read. She was a glamorous woman indeed. It proves stardom does not bring happiness. Due to her stroke she lost a part of her old-self. She drank a lot and was very down-to-earth. I was reading this book like she was a great friend of mine and you have to keep reminding yourself she is an actress that has died and that your arms cannot comfort her. I would like to know if Frank Sinatra paid her to be quiet. Either way, the book came out. The journalist wrote this book brilliantly. You could tell how much he genuinely loved her.

The Art of Dying
Very interesting book which looks at the experiences of those who have been around people who are dying and all the strange experiences that are seemingly commonplace. The books purpose is to teach that death is not to be feared and to stop stressing in life as we are only here for a short while.After reading it I am sure in life after death. These are academics whom have researched global experiences and all report people who have died visiting people who are dying before they go and taking them with them. A brilliant book you can learn a lot from.

Engaging and fairly motivational
This is a great book to read if you want something quick and easy, with short stories that are engaging without requiring a lot of effort. The majority of the stories are motivational, as they feature women in a variety of situations that pretty much all of us will have experienced at some point during our lives. The stories for the most part also feature a decent and moving message and are very well written. I did find some of the stories to be a little cliched and maybe a little condescending in the message they were trying to get across, but these were the exception and the majority of stories were enjoyable and motivating.

Epic Series
Three seasons in, and I am still enjoying it. There is a lot of intrigue around Eleven, and the Upside down. Though we are still waiting for season 2's side quest in the city to pay off, there are plenty of rewards for regular viewers.
With its great casting, epic cinematography, and all the 80s throwbacks, it's a great for all.
Just try and dislike those kids, I dare you.
It is tense, fun and witty, with some high stakes and great plot twists. Well worth a watch.

You can dip in and out of it easily
Realistic zombie apocalypse game
I love this game! It's easy to play and dip in and out of with new stuff constantly being added. You can play as minimal as you like; you can focus on surviving and building up your base or instead raid other bases and create a clan. I also love how realistic it is - if you chop a lot of wood for example sometimes it can make you sweaty. If you don't get to a shower soon, then zombies will smell your sweat!

Pleasant Surprise
I spent a lot of quarters in the arcade on the game Rampage. When I saw it was going to be a movie, of course I am going to go and see it. I really liked the way they did the story. While this movie wasn't the best, I still enjoyed it very much. Dwayne Johnson delivers another good performance. The main antagonist were hard to take seriously. I felt the strike team was more ominous than they were. If you loved the game like I did and looking for a good time, you will enjoy this movie.

I don't think this movie was as terrible as most of the reviews said it was. It's a kids' movie, about a sibling relationship, and basically, playing with a lot of the Playmobil sets together, as kids do. It was corny and dorky at times, but that's what made it fun. The "acting" was over the top at times, but it was how kids play with the characters. It definitely was silly, but I don't think it was awful. I laughed quite a bit. You just have to accept the play world of children when you watch it. It wasn't the best movie that I've seen, but it was still fun to watch.

Rather bland 80's Slasher
Well thought I'd give this old early 80's Slasher a go. Most slasher films of the time are very similar to this. Plain stalk and slash stuff. There is quite a lot of character build up for a change though. It has a couple of scenes that stand out and a couple of attempts at humour more in line with Slasher films of the 90's. Sadly though the killer is rather dull and without any real motive it seems. The scariest thing about him is his hair cut.
One for those who enjoy 80's Slasher films, even if they are quite bad.

The use of the ‘n’ word
I could not finish this story
I checked it out from the library on a whim.I hated this, I got to the point where I didn’t want to see if the book redeemed itself.
I’m sure other people will like it, I’m just overly sensitive about such things.
There also was a lot of swearing, almost to the point of being off putting, but I am willing to look past that, just not the racism and the way Lisa’s family treated her after her stroke.. if it wasn’t a library book, I would have turned that book into a junk journal.
