Much of the album’s magic boils down to one element: Lipa’s voice. It could make the thickest synths seem tame in comparison and carries a 20-a-day raspiness capable of making heartfelt ballads sound edgy.

Watchable, but no magic
Unlike the original, this film has no spark. The characters are okay, but there's nothing that feels new. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't watch it again. It's a disappointment, because the first one was so good. I actually feel it's time to hang these movies up.

short story.. amazingly hott story.. also some magic.. some mystery.. and some amazing things going on in this story.. and as always lynn is a wonderful author and does an awesome awesome job with every subject that they tackle. this was beautiful and im glad i got to review it

Way too political, and pretty disgustingly violent and bloody. Wish there were more time spent on Kip and on the magic system. Touts itself as being "epic" but I just felt that it wasn't edited well, and ended up being way too long. Interesting and fun at times for sure.

Gorgeous film
Such a beautiful film! Not only is it very funny (looking at you whooping snake!) But also heart warming. They dealt with loneliness and grief in a child friendly way and the scenes of magic were magnificent to watch <3 kids thoroughly enjoyed it and would absolutely watch again.

I am a large fan of Tamora Pierce having read almost every one of her Tortall books but I have never ventured into her Circle of Magic books. I do not know why! I am already in love with these characters. I am very excited to keep reading these books!!!
